Farmstay holiday rentals in Mohawk Valley

We went for a quick weekend getaway with our two dogs and absolutely loved William and Liz’s home, we didn’t want to leave!! I loved the privacy, how peaceful it was, and of course the views! Our dogs enjoyed all the free space to run as well. We unfortunately had a lot of rain when we stayed, causing our tour of howes cavern to be canceled due to flash flooding. We were rescheduled which affected our check out time, but they were so sweet and offered us to check out whenever we liked and even offered us an extra night to stay! (We wish we could have). It was a wonderful weekend getaway and we all can’t wait to go back! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in upstate NY. The place was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Arin & Brian’s place was nothing short of amazing ! From the minute we walked in , it felt like home . Our 21 month old daughter especially took a liking to the home . I was so shocked and happy to see how baby/toddler friendly their home is . From child locks to stair gates , you name it , they had it all! It was also very peaceful surroundings and private, which I always appreciate in an air b n b. Arin and Brian were great hosts too , checking in when needed. I would love to come again !

I loved the peaceful reprieve from the Cooperstown hustle and bustle. Beautiful view of the lake and plenty of fishing and boating equipment to enjoy it. The basketball hoop to keep the kids entertained was a great bonus. Spacious master suite was great for parents.

Great place! We came for a wedding in Saratoga and it was conveniently located for us and there was a lot of places around even though the place was on a very secluded country road. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was nice too. Thank you !!

One of my top two favorite rental spaces to date! Dan has created a space that met any need we had. Every last detail and inch of the space has been so well thought out. A bottle of wine was generously waiting for us upon our arrival. Dan is very thorough in his instructions and communication. He reached out during our stay to make sure we were doing well and didn’t have any issues. The setting is so peaceful whether you are up around the cottage or down by the lake. Our weather wasn’t great, so unfortunately time on the lake itself didn’t happen. We hope to visit again and be able to make use of the kayaks. Fantastic find if you’re looking to get away! Really cute tiny house, clean and quiet with all the amenities I need. Very comfortable overall but special shout out to the great bed. I had the best sleep! Conveniently located for an event at the West Kortright Center.

If you are looking for a great place that is clean and quiet this is the place for you. The property is amazing. Chickens roam the grounds which is very nice. There are plenty of birds and the grounds are beautiful. It’s very quiet and located in between CORTLAND and Syracuse. The hosts are right on top of things always communicated regarding check in and check out. To access the top portion of the house with the two beds there is a spiral staircase. It’s a great place!

Very clean house and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the amenities and making fires. Our dog loved running around the property and we enjoyed being close to town for grocery shopping, cafe access, and hiking trails nearby.

This place is absolutely beautiful, it was a nice weekend escape for our family. Jesse was responsive and helped us be able to plan a surprise for my wife. She loved it

Jemma is an amazing host. Very responsive to questions and extremely welcoming. Place was warm, inviting, and well furnished. Place sits on a working farm that has rescue animals, including an emu, goats, and chickens laying eggs. Our sons (8 and 12 yr olds) had fun feeding the animals. We would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and peaceful place in the Catskills. Located on a private road that is easy to find, and easy to walk around with your pups. LeAnna is a great host. She is easy to communicate with, and provided great local recommendations. I recommend bringing some snacks and fruit as the closest grocery store is a little sparse.

Rena was an amazing host we were running a bit late to check in due to car problems she was very caring and always responded quickly. Checking in and out was super easy. Her place is beautiful and peaceful. Even though it rained during our stay the place still looked amazing! The sounds of nature were soothing, and the views were breathtaking. At night the stars looked remarkable. My girlfriend and I will never forget The Roost. Thank you for having us rena. We really appreciated how understanding and responsive you were during our stay. I will recommend your place to my family and friends! 11/10 rating.

This was our second time staying at Rashmi‘s property and it was just as great as we remembered. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to make dinner at home, the views were amazing and it was so nice to hang out by the fire pit at night. Our dogs loved the backyard and there was a great farm stand just down the road. Rashmi was super responsive and flexible. She is an awesome host and we hope to book another stay soon!

Filip and Linn have curated a beautiful and well stocked cabin in the middle of the woods. We barely had to leave the property our entire stay there. There’s tons of activities and amenities to make the trip the best it can be. We fit 6 super comfortably in the cabin even during the rainy days. Definitely worth it!!

The cabin was lovely with some amazing amenities such as having many ways to prepare coffee including a great espresso machine and the pizza oven which was a blast to use. The hot tub was terrific and looking into the woods all day was wonderful. Had a great weekend with some very old friends. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and cozy place to get away and be with friends or loved ones.

We have stayed in Rebekah’s smaller apartment in the rear of the Farmhouse before. It was lovely. Since we had our adult daughter coming too, we thought the larger unit in the front had more of the space and layout we needed and we were right. It was perfect…an inviting Living Room; two large bedrooms; a large kitchen/Dining area and a modern Full Bathroom with a bonus Washer/Dryer. It is beautifully decorated, well appointed and very clean! We already have two more stays booked since it is close to family/grandchild we visit often. We love it at The Farmhouse!

The Cupcake Cottage is perfection - equally on a rainy day cozying up inside or on a beautiful clear day sitting outside enjoying the breathtaking views. This quaint cottage has all that’s needed for a relaxing stay. Peter is a communicative and proactive host, making sure we had all the info we needed and providing great local recommendations. This is a great location to enjoy peace and quiet, but also to enjoy a number of great coffee shop, restaurants, farmers’ markets, hikes, etc in the surrounding area.

My children and I stayed over the weekend for my Graduation in Oneonta, NY. It was only 15 minutes from town, serene, beautiful views. My boys played in the back yard even though it rained. The cabin is so comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed it and will come back another time for sure!

This place was definitely remote. Gorgeous surroundings but recommend you get there in daylight! Great hiking near by. Eclectic collection of LP’s were lots of fun! Really nice kitchen set up to cook all your meals if need be including a gas grill. Hosts were very responsive. Would recommend.

The view is everything!! A great weekend getaway

We've stayed in over 20 AirBnBs across the world and this is definitely one of the best. It was perfect in every way: immaculately clean; beautifully designed; looks brand new; high end appliances; close to so many points of interest and restaurants/cafes and such a nice host. The home was such a comfortable and beautiful space - it even had lots of plants and flowers which gave the place an inviting feel. 10/10

Such a perfect Catskills oasis - a true retreat. Pet friendly yet pristinely clean, amazing offerings in the studio (looooved the Pyradym music therapy session with Ben!!), beautiful grounds and comfy couches, wonderful selection of activities to access. Young is a clearly very experienced, true ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ host - don’t miss your chance! Thank you for a delightful weekend. Hope to be back!!

Well worth the price! if you ever want to feel totally private, away from any other people, yet able to find them when you need to, this is absolutely the place for you! words simply cannot describe the views from the deck. We cooked out and ate like royalty! out dogs loved the place as much as we dis!
