We stayed here for two weeks and can confidently say this is the best property we’ve experienced in Kishiniov. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by top restaurants, convenience stores, and everything you need, all within walking distance. The property itself is even more spacious than the photos suggest and is thoughtfully equipped with every essential. A special shoutout to the **host**, who was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Without a doubt, this is one of the best properties we’ve ever rented—highly recommended!

Vladimir is a great host. The apartment is located in a beautiful place with a garden view. It is very peaceful and relaxing, close to the lake and park, and not far from the city center with beautiful sights. The apartment is clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. Vladimir is a friendly and supportive host. I recommend Vladimir’s apartment to other guests.

The apartment is in a great location, with many restaurants, shops, and public transportation options nearby. It’s very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a family vacation. Gabriella is the perfect host, responding immediately to all our questions and making sure we were having a great stay.

Tatiana's apartment is exactly as described, suitable for a family with all that is needed for a short business or holiday stay.

Term of stay: 2 months. Cozy two-bedroom apartment. Bright and sunny. Very rare in modern houses: no window is in close proximity to the windows of the neighboring house. From the balcony: a view of the city from three sides and a riot of greenery. This is thanks to the 9th floor and the good side of the location of the apartment. Nearby is a gorgeous park "Valley of Roses" with three lakes. In May, the park delighted with bush roses of different colors and shades. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. I especially want to note: enough dishes (there are often problems with this). Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Clean, tidy entrance. The host of the apartment is always available, there is no problem with resolving issues (if they appear). The infrastructure is excellent: a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. There are public transport stops nearby. You can also walk to the center, along the way there are several shopping centers. Recommended.

It was very nice place. A little further away from chisinau city centre than expected. Taxis will only go here if you want to go to/from city centre or airport. Bring your car or be prepared to take bus to the supermarket 🫶🏻

Amazing place, quiet, clean and perfect for a relaxing time by the pool!

The Villa can host a number of guests. I was there with a bunch of colleagues for a conference. The city centre of Chisinau is at walking distance. The house has everything described, the terrace is the real highlight, with the jacuzzi. Pool is in the basement, below the billiard room, so unfortunately not that usable for hanging out. Sauna is available, just needs half a day to be prepared. Rooms were clean, almost all with a in-suite bathrooms. There is a possibility to do barbecue on the terrace, but not a kitchen where to cook every day. Coffee and fresh water avaialble in the morning. Perfect place for a trip with (several) friends. Check in and check out are really flexible. Sergiu, the host, has been incredibly nice and kind, always ready to answer our requests and recommending the best course of action (booking a driver; buying stuff). Overall, very pleasant experience.

This was probably our best stay in Moldova. Nicanor's mum and grandmother were extremely nice and welcoming, they made sure we have everything we need. They also provided delicious home-made meals for a good price. The house is beautiful and felt like home. My kids enjoyed the pool and trampoline and the company of local kids. We are very happy to have found this place.

This home is lovely, especially the second floor veranda with a bed. You can sleep under the roof with a walnut tree, and watch the sun rise over the lake. I loved the grapes growing. It is a nice size property with garden or nut tree on three sides of the house. The house has a built in wood stove (petchka). The toilet is outside in an outhouse, and bath is a small tub with a shower head. If the running water is down for service, there is a backup well. The house is gated with a strong solid metal gate. Very secure and private. Walking to the center mini-mart and magazine takes about 15-25 minutes on a mostly flat road. You can see cows grazing. The lake is a 2 foot deep swamp, so only the most adventurous will swim. A great place for those who love the country life. Finally, Stanislav is a great landlord. He is kind, understanding, and very helpful. Any time I had a question, he responded promptly. I'm grateful to have met him.

Great place to stay In a favorable location that allows easy access to all services. The apartment was clean and comfortable, if you want a place to stop for a few days is the best choice

Everything is good , the flat is in a convenient location

Andrew and Cris were so kind and helpful. I have to admit that the flat is old, and had a few problems, but they went out of their way to help. The location is very convenient with a bus stop just outside and shops nearby.

The apartment and location are quite good. She was friendly and helpful as always. If I visit again, I will choose her with peace of mind. 👍👏💯

⭐One of the hosts, Dmitri, was understanding in that I was rejected by multiple taxi drivers who were unwilling to pick me up because I had a luggage, so he arranged for another host, Christina, to hand me the keys on my way in when I arrived with an unforeseen delay. For couples 🤝: ⭐The apartment has a mutually shared (with the neighbors) rooftop, which turns out to be the 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙤𝙥 of the Nr. 1 supermarket. If you're holding an outdoor 𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 or 𝙬𝙚𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 party here, it could be convenient with all of the space that's provided (a much, much cheaper alternative, rather than reserving a whole restaurant). ⭐ The shower has a Mediterranean-inspired seating area for honeymoon couples. ⭐ Below the supermarket (which is underneath this apartment) is an 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩 named Dis, which has the best nut-based Georgian salads & European-created, very slightly Asian-like, protein-based salads that I've found in Chișinau, being here since 2020

Not far from the city center. About 20 minutes walking to the city centre. There is also a bus stop near the house. Anyone can go to the city center by bus. I am satisfied. Thanks.

Inga's apartment is a great place to stay, whether it's for the short term or the long term. It is equipped with everything you might need, and there is even a nice restaurant in the same building. The apartment's location is convenient, as it is only a 10-15 minute walk from the city center and the park, which we really enjoyed. The internet connection is stable and suitable for the remote work of two people simultaneously. Furthermore, the apartment was very clean and had a lovely design, making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Inga, the host, was always available and very helpful, offering excellent recommendations. We would happily stay in this apartment again and highly recommend it!
