Bakhuisje on the Lek

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Sfeervol bakstenen huisje in een groene, beschutte tuin met buitenkeuken. Word wakker met het zachte geluid van vogels en ervaar de rust van het platteland. Het huisje is comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht, met lokale tips die je niet in reisgidsen vindt. Verken met onze leenfietsen de Hollandse weilanden, molens en dorpjes. Dankzij de centrale ligging reis je eenvoudig naar steden als Gouda, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht en Amsterdam. Een afwisselend verblijf met rust, natuur en stad dichtbij.

Spacious accommodation with private entrance with plenty of space inside and outside to unwind and relax. Ideal for fishermen, cyclists, bird watchers, hikers and other nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts can also indulge here. Private free parking. Sleeping area can be split so that everyone has their own privacy during the night's rest (see photos). A well-stocked bookcase, a private kitchen, shower and toilet are at your disposal. Spacious hallway where you can possibly park your bikes.

Sfeervol huisje in de tuin. Scandinavisch ingericht met keuken, badkamer, eethoek en genoeg ruimte om te spelen voor de kinderen. Boven twee slaapkamers onder een schuin dak, voorzien van eigen wasbak en spiegel, en een lief klein kamertje met een commode en ledikantje. In de kelder een barretje, voetbaltafel en bank met televisie. Buiten een ruime tuin met speelhuisje en trampoline. NIEUW houtgestookte hottub in de tuin. Huisje Thuisch is sfeervol met veel privacy in de Alblasserwaard, uitkijkend over de weilanden.Heerlijke locatie voor rustzoekers en cultuursnuivers. Dordrecht, Kinderdijk, Biesbos, Rotterdam (waterbus) Gouda, Utrecht liggen om de hoek. Treinstation op 4 km, dus ook met OV reizen. Veel mogelijkheden tot fietsen. Zelf koken of heerlijke restaurants in de buurt. Met tv en wifi. Zakelijke gasten zijn ook welkom en kunnen na werkdag hier heerlijk ontspannen. Ook langere verblijven, informeer!!

Our characteristic hay barn in 2018 is equipped with many comforts and gives you the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
