Be our guest in our 35 sqm apartment renovated in 2024. The apartment is located with a private entrance in our half-timbered house in the beautiful Weser Uplands. We live in Hessisch Oldendorf - Grossenwieden on the Weser cycle path, a small village on the Weser. (Bed+Bike certificate). Our house is rural, but well connected to explore the surroundings of the Weser and the German fairy tale road. The separate entrance leads our guests to your non-smoking living area on the first floor.

In the immediate vicinity is the train station, various supermarkets and clothing stores, as well as bakeries and pharmacies. Due to its location, you can reach the most important sights in Rinteln in just a few minutes, either on foot or by car. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars in the old town of Rinteln.

Das Haus ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und im Jahr 2018 aufwendig renoviert worden. Heute lädt das Haus zu idyllischen Abenden und zum Entspannen & Abschalten ein. Kochen mit Freunden ist in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche ein Genuss. Sauna und Bad sind ein Traum. Das Appartement besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch (1,20 m Liegebreite). Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.

The city is within walking distance and thus offers everything your heart desires. Good food and drinks, nice restaurants and especially the spa town of Bad Salzuflen with its many leisure opportunities has a lot to offer.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
