Adjoining that of the owner, this accommodation offers independence and comfort in the small quiet and peaceful village of Villiers-le-Bois, located 2 hours from Paris and 10 minutes from CHAOURCE. You will find all the comforts you need for your stay, not overlooked.

Waterfront house

This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers . Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Comfortable in summer and winter with its wood fiber insulation and heat pump (air conditioning), it is the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Shops, restaurants, bars and a theater are nearby. Free parking 5 minutes away, paid parking 2 minutes away (1 hour free). Train station is a 15-minute walk away.

Nestled in the heart of a stable, the calm of the countryside is at your fingertips, for a relaxing stay for the whole family. At the foot of the forest, take a nice walk to the ponds and come back to bask in the beautiful evening light and a great view of horses and nature. Many activities nearby await you for adults (visit to wine cellars, champagne, etc.) and for the youngest (discovery of goats and alpacas, tree climbing for example).

This house is located in the property of the Villa des Chouettes near the vineyards, amusement park, Troyes, and the Orient Forest Lake.

On the 4th and top floor with elevator access Ideally located next to Paul Bert Park, close to all amenities, you can visit the historic city center on foot. Easily accessible, many free parking spaces at the foot of the residence. SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away. Chablis and its vineyard a few kilometers away.
