Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. Enjoy your stay on the first floor of a traditional house in the heart of Molyvos. Originally owned by the Muslim family of Hadji Mendaz Bey, it was passed to Christian families from Ayvalik and Propontis after the 1922 population exchange. Once home to iconic Mayor Konstantinos Doukas, it hosted political and cultural figures. Located on “Mayor Kostas Doukas” street, near the market, bakery and mini market, it offers sea views, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.
