This is a beautiful Airbnb! The area, the place itself, and the people who work there. We loved our time relaxing by the lake and hanging with the pups. The only issue was the WiFi was down the entire time, and our phones had no service. This is out of there control, though posed a bit of a challenge.

I’ll never forget the short time I spent at this hostel. It was my first time staying in one, and I honestly don’t think I could’ve picked a better place for the experience. It was clean, private, safe, delightfully designed, well-maintained, and offered a respectful social environment. On that note, I have to say, I met some of the most beautiful, interesting, and intelligent people I’ve ever come across in my life. I would absolutely love to come back, and I hope I will soon. Consider this a wholehearted recommendation. Don’t overthink it, just book your stay already!

Our first stay in rural Nicaragua, and what an experience! The place is well-maintained with clean sheets. It’s nestled in the woods, and it truly feels like you’re completely alone in nature. The house was much bigger than I expected! Some bugs and ants found their way inside, but we found Raid spray and it worked ok. Fun fact: just before I fell asleep, the power went out (which is totally understandable in this area). I’ve never in my life experienced such complete darkness, it was pitch black! A cloudy, rainy night, no lights at all… just the sounds of wildlife and rain. It felt like staring into the eyes of the dark. Such an incredible, unforgettable experience!

Felt immediately at home upon arrival. Place is clean, has a warm and welcoming feel with plenty of different spots to chill and relax. Cornelius is very friendly and a great host. Even got treated to a music jam session… Great vibe. I would recommend for anyone to stay here, as the place is in a great location to start exploring this very walkable little city. Cornelius also has great knowledge of the city and can give plenty of recommendations for various things. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Thanks guys. Cheers.
