It is located in Mondello, 300 meters from the famous white sand beach and crystal clear sea. In 15 minutes on foot (1.5 km) of pleasant walk along the seafront you can reach the square of Mondello village with its splendid seaside village still characterized by the harbor of fishing boats and the tuna tower. In spring, autumn and during our mild winter Mondello is a small paradise: you can walk to all the essential services in the context of a pleasant and quiet village (much more lively in the middle of summer season) and, in ten minutes by car, you can easily reach Palermo (also connected by bus and, on request, private shuttles). The house is very close to a mini market, bakery, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants of various levels. The beach resorts are minutes away on foot. 200 meters from the bus stop to Palermo (Palermo city center is 9 km from the house), where the free shuttle also stops that - in summer - continuously goes around Mondello. The house, very bright, is located on a street very close to the sea but extremely quiet even in the middle of the summer season. The large private garden (400 square meters), away from the road, hidden by a first gate (shared with the neighboring house) and a second gate for the exclusive use of the villa is a corner of paradise, where the silence is interrupted only by the chirping of birds. All windows and French windows of the house open onto the private step. The garden is perfectly maintained with an English lawn and some trees that offer pleasant shady areas in the summer. In a stone-paved area you will find a dining table and a corner with sofas. The garden is also equipped with two deck chairs and armchairs. At the other end of the garden is an area with wooden slatted flooring and a canopy. In a sheltered area of the garden, a shower with hot and cold water has been built. The villa is finished and furnished with extreme care, the floor is in parquet, the kitchen is comfortable and equipped with a microwave oven (also for steaming), electric oven, hood, latest generation induction cooktop, large refrigerator with large freezer area, dishwasher, hotplate, blender. One bathroom has a corner bathtub (also equipped with a shower). The bedroom - with double bed - has a bathroom with large shower and two comfortable closets. In the loft, located above the living area, there is a desk and a small double sofa bed (the loft is very hot in the middle of summer, despite having two portholes). In the storage room, there is a washing machine (in addition to an iron and ironing board). The house is equipped with independent heating with boiler (the boiler is located outside, with control inside the house) and heat pumps that produce hot or cold air. The boiler provides all the necessary hot water. Television and stereo are part of the house's equipment. The garden lighting system turns on automatically at sunset (option can be disabled). If you wish, you can park your car inside the garden. Upon request, we can provide you with a camping bed for babies. Two bicycles are available upon request (and upon payment of a deposit). A private shuttle service to/from the airport and for any other possible transfer is available - with advance notice. Pets are not allowed Smoking is not allowed in the house. To get around Mondello, a bicycle is perfect. By the same means (but also on foot) you can take pleasant walks along the seafront and up to the charming lighthouse and the Capo Gallo nature reserve. Palermo can be reached by public transport or private shuttles (it takes about half an hour by bike). Outside of summer months, you can easily park outside the first gate. However, it is possible to park inside, in the first part of the garden. I can provide you with: Stroller complete with waterproof cover; Two bicycles (one with child seat); Extra bed for small children (not for babies).

On foot or by free shuttle, you can reach the square of the village of Mondello.

La mia villa si trova di fronte al mare, sul Lungomare dell’Addaura vicinissima a Mondello (15 minuti a piedi-2 minuti in auto o con bicicletta elettrica). La casa ha degli spazi esterni ad uso esclusivo, una comoda terrazza con loggiato con bellissima vista sul mare. Uno spazio condiviso con giardino, prato, solarium, e barbecue. Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.

Delightful annex in a Villa just a 5-minute walk from the sea (500 meters). The room has a bathroom inside and a very nice window overlooking the villa's garden. The room has all amenities, air conditioning, wardrobe, kitchen, small fridge, coffee table, two chairs and everything you need to make breakfast. Available to guests is WiFi, garden with its furnishings including the swimming pool. Sheets and towels included.
