Holiday rentals with lake access in Mono County

The place and location was beautiful with full lake view as you step outside. Home was as described with some antique feel and very peaceful. Family had a good time with a nice cozy feel with fireplace and kitchen had everything you need. it's 30 minutes drive from Mammoth lakes but the drive and scenic views makes up for it especially in winter with snow all around the mountains. Great detailed instructions as well the local places listed and very responsive host. Will recommend and surely will stay again whenever get chance.

Mike's place was great and one of the nicest places we've stayed in Mammoth Lakes. The large fireplace was awesome and we loved the big TV. Less than a minute walk to the red line bus to Mammoth mountain.

The place was very cozy and perfect for our friend group mammoth snowboarding trip. The place was bigger than it seemed in pictures and very comfortable for 8 people. Close to a grocery store and the lodges. Overall great experience here. Just a little difficult to find at first. The stove top had a crack so we couldn’t use one burner. But we were still able to cook big meals. We would book here again if we come to mammoth!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. The proximity to the south entrance to Yosemite was perfect and setting was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed and spotless. The house was spacious for our family of three. We saw five deer stroll through the yard at night! Rose provided thorough, prompt and friendly communication. Thanks for a great stay!

The perfect location for a ski weekend! This unit is directly next to the hot tub and entry/exit is super easy to navigate. Only a 10min walk from the main village gondola or green line bus stop directly outside of the complex that takes you to Canyon lodge. Given it's owned by a rental agency there are definitely a lot of check-out rules, but nothing out of the ordinary. Super organized list on the front door as you exit as well!

Great communication and easy location to get to and from the slopes at Mammoth. Heads up - strict check out rules from host but overall good stay.

This worked perfectly for our group of 9. Pros: We could easily walk to Canyon Lodge (uphill, so a bit hard with gear) or take the shuttle. The kitchen was really well stocked. The fire was nice. We were given two covered parking spaces. Our third car was parked in the excess parking outer lot. Cons: No elevator and on the top floor. The people who stayed in the loft were easily woken up by others, sounds travel easily. Having three bathrooms is ideal, but one is in the master, one is upstairs with the loft, and the third is on the main floor--so the 5 people who stayed on the main floor ended up sharing that one bathroom. We made it work though! Would definitely come back!

Had a great time staying here with a buddy. It's a very short walk to Eagle Lodge which is great for getting to/from the ski resort. The unit itself is small, but no complaints there - it's just like the photos show. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place a minute from the snow!

We recently stayed at this Airbnb in Mammoth with a group of seven and, while the location was great and the place was clean and well-maintained, it ended up being a bit too small for our group. The listing didn’t quite convey how tight the space would feel with seven people — common areas were cramped, and it was a bit of a challenge coordinating sleeping arrangements and shared spaces. That said, the host was responsive, and the amenities were as described. It could be a perfect fit for a smaller group, but if you’re planning to come with a larger party, just be aware that space might be limited. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Mammoth at the airbnb

Katies house was beautifully decorated with a view of June Lake. It is conveniently located to everything in downtown June. Walkable to both Gull lake and June lake, restaurants, the general store, brewery etc. we would like to come back in the winter and summer months. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location. We walked to the lift and back each day, only took about 10 minutes. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. A big highlight was that the pots and pans were high quality cookware - normally at AirBnB I end up buying a pan because what is provided is pretty damaged and therefore not safe to cook on. John's place also had basic supplies available (spices, coffee filters, condiments, etc.). Overall, an excellent experience and recommended.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Mammoth Westin 2-bedroom suite! Super clean, cozy, and had everything our family needed. The location near the Village was perfect—so easy to get around. We’d happily come back!
