Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Monroe County

We had a great stay. We were in town for a wedding. I have a big family, and we were all able to stretch out in this well appointed home. My parents, getting up in age, were able to sleep in the first floor bedroom, which we were pleased with as my mother has a hard time with stairs now. The smaller kids had a playroom, and the teens were able to have fun in the lower level. It had all the amenities you would need in a home. We will be back.

Amazing time! House was perfect for us! Deer came right into the yard! Perfect location! It was close to everything we wanted to do!

We loved staying at Crystal Cottage with our 2 dogs. It was very comfortable, spacious and peaceful. The access to the lake and large property was terrific for us.

We were blown away by this place and are already determining our next trip back. The pictures are very accurate to the place but really doesn't show off the true beauty of it all. You walk inside and feel right at home. It's clean, well maintained, and very clearly loved and enjoyed. All amenities were top notch including towels and supplies. The back patio fire pit was our favorite place with the waterfall. You are surrounded by nature and the walking trails are spectacular. The heated pool was a lot of fun and clean. Kelli, her husband, and her dad are wonderful! We lost power one morning and they made sure we had what we needed until the power came back on. They were responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay worth while. If you're on the fence about booking this place, just do it. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do, but you'll never want to leave the house. Can't wait to be back!

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our short trip to the Poconos. It was conveniently located near a lot of things but once on the property you felt secluded. The lake was absolutely amazing! We saw deer, baby geese, an eagle, otters and even a beaver that swam right up to the shore. We also had a great time fishing in the lake, catching lots of fish. Sitting by the fire pit after a day of hiking or white water rafting was a perfect end to a day. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay! We also recommend going to see Coach at the vintage tavern for great food and atmosphere! Thanks for sharing your amazing cabin with us

The place was welcoming and inviting. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway then look no further! The best part about this house was the outdoor space- tucked into nature and incredibly relaxing.

The cabin is warm, cozy and comfortable. It was a perfect location for a couples weekend. The kitchen is loaded with great appliances and tools so we had a great time cooking. The sauna and hot tub are an attractive addition too, we barely left the cabin all weekend. Thanks Jermaine!

Beautiful home and the view was amazing. You do have neighbors so you got to be mindful of noise. Very quiet and relaxing location. Free pool access & Parking access. Restaurant that were 15min away in car & water park about 5 min in car. Definitely recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay for our 3 person family. Quiet neighborhood with great amenities.

The house is beautiful and cozy, with lots of natural light and high ceilings.!…The kitchen is equipped with all the basics (cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, pans). They even provide coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, salt, seasonings, and paper towels. A welcome basket with everything you need to make marshmallows for the kids was included. The bathroom is very clean and modern (they even provide toothbrushes). I mention this because, For me, details count a lot when choosing a place to vacation and relax, and the most important thing I felt at home away from home!…

Our stay at Marina’s place was absolutely fantastic! The cabin was spotless and super cozy for my family. Marina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants/things to do and answering all of our questions prior to and during our stay. Even though it was raining pretty much our whole stay, we loved being able to relax in the sauna & hot tub! Extra points for being so welcoming of our little pup too! We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely book again!

My family of six (plus dog) had a terrific experience here. The house was exactly what we were hoping for—comfortable, peaceful, and stylish. The decor is very mid-century modern which fits the house and surroundings quite well. There’s plenty of eye-catching furniture and a great collection of art books that made it fun to unplug and chill. The house itself is nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood surrounded by nature. It was a great fit for our family. Exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway from the city. We especially appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice cozy home to spend the weekend in. Lots to do and provided enough space for our group of 8. The hosts were very responsive and helpful to any questions we had.

We spent a long weekend at the Rustic Rust cabin with some extended family and our two dogs. The cabin was charming and well equipped, and it felt like a true retreat. We loved the decor and the stunning landscaping surrounding the creek. The children had a blast, exploring the outdoors and searching for fish in Marshalls Creek. The cabin had a well stocked kitchen, and there were plenty of linens in each bedroom and towels in each bathroom. The owners provided us with information on local fishing spots and there were plenty of brochures about local activities in the home. The dogs appreciated the attention to detail with towels, bowls, and poop bags. We will be back!

Absolutely flawless. I’m extremely picky about lodging, and Jamal’s place was truly perfect. As others have said, it is better than pictures can possibly show. Every detail has been carefully thought through, and it is clear great care has been taken to ensure a comfortable experience for guests. It has a spa-like feel to it. The linens, soaps, etc make it feel like a luxury hotel. The area is safe and private, and the lake is just steps away out the back door. Jamal is the most responsive host we’ve encountered, and is very kind and helpful. This is a place we’d make a special trip to visit again.

Heathers home is something out of a fairytale… beautiful beautiful home surrounded by so many trees and a great view of the valley… it is very obvious she takes very good care of her home as well as her chickens!! I loved meeting all the barn animals… squish, jag & Alice were sweethearts and spent a good amount of time hanging out with my bf and I. The stay itself is super cozy with all the amenities you need and offers privacy as well. Heather left some fresh eggs and milk for us as well as a chocolate bar. It was an amazing get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and my only regret was that I didn’t stay longer. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home!
