A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

We are nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside just between the city of Castelo Branco & Fundao. This beautiful yurt is situated right on the edge of our land. In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. This property consists of 2 independent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a combination kitchen and living room. The rooms have no connection to the interior of the house. The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).No access by car (parking 200 meters away)

Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.

Panoramic View and Jacuzzi Palheiro is located in the village of Sobral Fernando and is a house dating back to 1936, all of which is built in schist stone. Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.
