Stay from March 09 to 14, 2025. Apartment matches the photos and descriptions. Ski-in/ski-out departure and arrival on green slope. Ski equipment rental in the same building. Covered parking space which is a real plus on high snow days. Lucia is a very responsive and courteous host. I would highly recommend it

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is functional and as described. It is a stone's throw from the Moulin Benjamin chairlift. Beatrice is very responsive and Alexandra is nice and reachable as needed. Too bad the wifi is paying and the elevator isn't working. We highly recommend this place to discover the mountain in all seasons!

Excellent weekend in Jean-Jacques and Myriam's apartment which were very welcoming. The accommodation was as advertised and very well equipped, we lacked nothing and we were not very far from the ski resort of Saint François Longchamp Everything was perfect, we'll be back with pleasure:)

We spent a week at Jiri's place. The residence is quiet, clean, the pool and sauna are nice after skiing. The accommodation is well located close to slopes and shops (300m). We would recommend this listing, we may come back next winter.

The accommodation is very well located in a very nice and pleasant mountain resort. We live up to our expectations! Recommended!

The apartment was great, with amazing views from all rooms. It was done to a very hight standard and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Local amenities (bars and restaurants) were a short walk, and the bus stop taking you to 1850 was right opposite the apartment. It's worth noting that 1650 closes at the end of the second week in April, which means you have no access to the slopes in that area, but you can catch a free bus up to 1850 which stays open later in the ski season. Also, some of the better restaurants also close in 1650, so the choices of places to eat are limited, but there are still some good places that stay open. Our only issue, was the location of the ski lockers in the building, and the limited amount of space. I would suggest hiring skis and ski lockers at the base of 1650 (if open), or up at 1850. This reduces the stress in the morning and at the end of a ski day. I would highly recommend this apartment and we intend to stay there again.

Our family stay went very well, the concierge handled our various requests well. The accommodation is in a good location, the view was beautiful.

We had a great time , the apartment is really very well isolated and it is warm. Everything is available from the pierrade raclette service, hairdryer , senseo and I pass by. Sébastien is a super responsive host when we asked him any questions . Having 2 real bedrooms is a plus in an apartment and it's nice . The balcony is nice and the view is great . The location of the apartment is great because we can do anything on foot, the underground parking for the car is a big plus and the residence is equipped with a heated swimming pool and laundry which are a very big plus . I recommend the apartment without any worries and we can't wait to go back this summer . Thank you for the loan of the toboggan for my son he was delighted with this attention . You can go there without a second thought and if I know people looking for an apartment in Orcieres I would recommend it. Thanks for the stay .

We loved our week in this duplex with family of 8. Very stylish and new, great access to pistes and lifts, some good places to eat or sit on a terrace. The reception of Fanny was very friendly and clear, so our vacation started quickly. Very nice that you can park your car underneath the hotel. Will probably come back!
