awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

We were amazed by this rental. We’ve always had great ones in the past but this one is the most beautiful one we’ve had. Rachel and her husband were amazing people and are taking care of your needs as soon as you get there. The views you have from the patio is amazing and relaxing. We will return for sure.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this townhouse near Orient Beach! Check-in was seamless and stress-free, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout my trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach and walking distance to a variety of great restaurants. The townhouse itself had a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind and feel at home. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene stay close to all the best parts of St. Martin!

Un très beau séjour pour nous. Le logement était propre, sécuritaire et bien situé. Les gens de l’immeuble étaient très sympathique. La piscine et la plage sont un atout essentiel lors des chaudes journées. En plus, Harry était toujours dispo pour nos questions et répondait très rapidement et clairement. En bref, wow.

Mijn moeder en ik hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee en Anguilla. Het appartement was heel erg schoon. Georgi is een hele fijne host die ervoor zorgt dat je verblijf fantastisch is. Je hoeft maar iets te vragen en ze staat voor je klaar. Voor iedereen die een zorgeloos verblijf op Saint Martin zoekt: zoek niet verder :)

Beautiful place, right on the ocean and walkable to several excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The beach was beautiful, the condo was beautiful and equipped with basic kitchen necessities for cooking, making coffee, etc. Air conditioning was helpful because it was 80 degrees while we were there. Parking was easy and safe. The car rental company that Pierre recommended was fantastic. Highly recommend Banana Location car rental. Excellent place to stay!

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. Beautiful place and location. The apartment had everything we needed. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the apartment so you don’t have to pay $30 or $50 for 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach. There are 2 amazing pools. Everything was perfect.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Un séjour exceptionnel!! Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Coco Beach et nous avons vraiment aimé notre expérience. L'endroit était parfait pour 2 couples. Le Coco Beach était a proximité de la plage et la piscine était très belle et propre. Le Coco Beach a de belles commodités et à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Nous avons cuisiné, nous sommes allé chercher du resto. Honnêtement, nous pourrions y retourner sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement qui correspondait à la description. nous étions 6 adultes et le logement est adapté pour 6. Proche de Marigot, et de maho beach côté néerlandais, vu sur le lagon. baignade pas très loin à bay rouge une plage magnifique. merci.

Wat een heerlijke plek op Sint Maarten! Heel fijn ontvangen door Sylvia, zij staat altijd voor je klaar en je kan met al je vragen bij haar terecht! Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is fantastisch, zowel overdag als in de avond. Twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken met waterkraan met filter! De plek is gezellig druk, namelijk vlakbij de luchthaven en daar door ook heel centraal. Je kan lopen naar Maho Beach en iets verder ook naar Mullet Beach. Er zijn diverse leuke restaurants. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij: Tortuga. En wat een luxe om via de trap naast het appartement zo het strand op te lopen naar D's Beach Bar. Waar je heerlijk op een strandbedje kan liggen en kan genieten van diverse cocktails en lekker eten. Het appartement is ruim, heel schoon en gezellig. En geen muggen !! We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Priscilia is a great hostess and we loved her apartment! It was a great spot for our family vacation, we got to explore the island but also enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Anse Marcel . The apartment worked well for us and our two young children - Priscilia even had a crib for the infant. A lovely pool is right nearby and the beautiful, calm beach is a short walk away. Priscilia recommended a delicious Italian restaurant within walking distance which became our son’s favourite spot. A decent grocery store is a short drive away but there’s also a small one within walking distance for any urgent necessities. Thank you so much Priscilia!!

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

Nice place to stay. Was here for a week and enjoyed my time. I spent most of the time on the balcony. I appreciated that it stayed out of the direct sunlight. And most importantly had a good view of the ocean. I would stay again.

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

Loved Yoan! So helpful! Met me to help find the apartment and was a gentleman helping with my bags. Space was clean and spotless. Recommended me so many places to see, do and eat. Definitely would come to him again🥰

We enjoyed our stay very much ( considering returning next year to the same place). Ophelie was very patient giving us directions and meeting us for check in. She even gave us a sweet gift of jellies and some water and soda to begin our stay. Lovely place and lovely host!

Sid’s place was small but adequate. It pretty much everything we needed for a 10 day stay. There was an elevator in the building which was very convenient. Sid was pleasant, friendly and accommodating. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
