Absolutely perfect place for exploring Halifax, I really enjoyed my stay and never needed my car once. Having a private bathroom in a shared place was a great too, plus the kitchen and living space was inviting with a few people coming and going. Slept well, very quiet location and respectful guests around. Really nicely run space here, would absolutely stay again when in Halifax!

Great location for where I needed to be in town everyday. Easy and timely communication with the host for what I needed during my stay (towels, cleaning, questions..) Also, quiet house despite having numerous guests. The kitchen was checked and cleaned regularly which was a great plus! NOTE ON PARKING: My only suggestion would be to provide more details around parking situation for rooms that do not have designated parking spot. I parked in front of the house on the street and paid for full day using hotspot only to come back and still receiving a ticket. After numerous inquiries I found out that it is not only about paying for parking but also specific spots on the street to park. Although I was parking close to where I "lived" only Permit holders were allowed to park in those areas and the permits are Not transferrable. People who get an airbnb in Halifax are most likely not from Halifax area. So it would be a great help to receive this information beforehand.
