New house, newly built. The property is 7 km from the city center and also close to the city's main tourist destinations. Also close to the beautiful waterfalls located in the city of Bueno Brandão (MG). Come and enjoy lots of fresh air, nature and all the beauty our amazing city offers.

The house is surrounded by barbed wire fence, so if you think about bringing a pet and it is a runaway, it is good to worry, that they can escape under the fence.

With breathtaking nature, it is the ideal place to have unforgettable moments. We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning. I leave sheets on the beds, bedspreads, and white towels so you don't have to bring them and so you receive them in the best way. Everything to make it a perfect and pleasant stay.

The heated pool depends on weather conditions and the use of the thermal cover, making it pleasant for swimming. Our space is perched on a mountain top, overlooking nature.
