Welcome to Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza, a historic coffee farm founded in 1850 and adapted to current purposes. Here you can find more than 40 springs and a lot of biodiversity, experiences and adventures to be discovered. Converted into an organic farm in 2003, FAF was the pioneer in the sustainable movement in Brazil. A living farm, with production and export of specialty coffees, production of dairy products, honey, vegetables and seasonal fruits in our gardens and orchards.
