Luis is a great host! Super friendly and always responsive and happy to help. The house has a stunning view over the ocean. It’s actually bigger than what the photos tell. Clean and has all the amenities you need to spend sometime by the beach. Recommend!

Ich war ein Monat dort. War alles sehr gut. Es ist ein kleines Haus mit einem mega , richtig große Terrasse. Ruhiges Gegend. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Täglich öfter fährt der Bäcker vorbei. Wifi ist sehr stark. Konnte perfekt online arbeiten, auf die Terrasse auch. In der Küche sind alle Utensilien, was man do im Alltag braucht. Waschmaschine, große Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühle ist vorhanden. Am Tag drinnen ein wenig dunkel aber es ist angenehm kühl. Beim schlechtes Wetter ist nicht sehr kalt ind es ist nichts feucht. Es war alles sehr sauber. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft für längere Aufenthalte ebenfalls. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at José’s apartment. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the apartment is also homely. There is enough space so you don’t feel like you’re on top of one another, and lots of areas to chill. The best part is it is directly across the road from the beach which you can see from the balcony. It’s in a quiet building so you get a peaceful nights sleep. The area with all the restaurants is a 5 minute walk away, and a a Spar only 3 minutes around the corner. Would recommend.

A lovely house in a perfect location in Tavira, a charming town. Although Smartvillas manages it, the best part was when Ian, the owner came to welcome us. He even left us two bottles of wine. I’m going to recommend this place to friends coming to Portugal.

Lovely apartment at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, so no passing traffic. Ten minutes walk to the beach, broad walk, shops and restaurants etc. One local supermarket just 5 minutes away.
