We are a smart cabin that prioritizes the use of interconnected electronic devices. Our purpose is to generate a positive impact in the lodging/hospitality industry. The Manticah cabin is 3 minutes from the tourist center of Monte Verde and also from the Pinheiro Velho Trail, which is one of the oldest in the city, where you will have the opportunity to see an Araucaria of approximately 500 years, with a diameter of 1.70 cm, that is, to embrace it, it takes 3 to 4 people at least (FREE trail).

Our charming site is the ideal place to breathe fresh air, encounter nature and drink pure spring water from the site itself. It is located in the countryside, 18 km from the center of Monte Verde. We have two houses on the property, 150 meters apart, providing privacy to any of the guests Near the site, there are restaurants with home-cooked food, a pizzeria, and a market. The house has a Smart TV but is not connected to any cable TV operator.

The single-story, flat house, well located on a 1,250m fenced plot, is 1.0 km from Centrinho. It has a closed gourmet space with a barbecue, pool table, darts and games. In the outdoor area, we have a balcony, fire pit, children's house with toys, volleyball court and peteca on the large lawn. Ideal location for remote work, internet via fiber optics.
