This was a perfect place. Steve and Wendy were extremely accommodating. they offer 2 free passes to the aquarium which saved us 120$. the area is incredible. Perfect walking distance around Carmel and the beach. Both were very responsive and friendly as well

Perfect place for a quick little getaway in Carmel/Monterey Bay! Cynthia’s place was very comfortable and nicely furnished, with plenty of amenities ☺️ Not to mention, the place was close to downtown, the beach, restaurants, etc!!

Perfect location for exploring Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey, etc. Very private and washer/dryer was a big plus for us.

Comfortable place in a nice, quiet location. A short drive from restaurants and wine tasting in Carmel valley and about a 20 minute drive from Carmel by the sea. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Small but very clean and quiet. Unlike many rentals, the flat screen TV worked perfectly and was set up to be enjoyed comfortably. We just needed a place to sleep at night and this place met our needs with zero issues.

This Airbnb was perfect for a little getaway! Close enough to downtown to explore but just far enough away to have some privacy! Christina was amazing in providing us recommendations about places to check out and ones to maybe avoid. I will be looking for another weekend to come and explore more in the future!

We wrapped up a 3 week vacation where we changed Airbnb's every 4-5 days. Anu's home was by far the best places we have had the pleasure of renting. Anu is a kind host who is proactive and detailed in her communication. The listing is exactly as advertised but even more peaceful than I expected. Location is superb, only 5 minutes from great shops and 15 minutes from Point Lobos, an excellent hiking and beach location. The rental is pristine and VERY clean. It includes all the extras... blankets, toilet paper, plates, cups, utensils, etc. It includes lots of perks like a Nespresso and high end Tuft and Needle bed which was the best nights sleep I've had in ages. The bathroom is stocked with Olaplex shampoo/conditioner as well as sulfate free options, face cleanser, lotion, bath salts, and fluffy towels. Carmel-by-the-Sea has many hotel options, but this place is much quieter due to its location on a cul de sac. Google maps navigates to the street behind the house. Check your maps.

Wally's was exceptional! It was our first time in the area, and we started in Monterey. We then went to Wally's and loved it! It was perfect for us. Very clean, private, and safe. Convenient to Carmel, and his recommendations were spot on! We hope to return soon!

Andrea was so helpful and answered all of our questions! The place was super clean and in a great location to explore Carmel and Big Sur. They had a pack n play and booster chair for my baby that came In handy too! Would definitely stay here again!

It's a quiet and private location within the 17-mile drive area - a great scenic route to enjoy while staying at the property. Great location close enough to Carmel and Monterey with plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy as well as within 15-minutes driving time to the beaches and scenic spots including Whale's Peak which we really enjoyed. Solid value for the location and access to 17-mile drive and worked as a place to come and rest between our activities.

Jeff and Dany were excellent hosts; they were responsive and helpful both before and after our stay, and even allowed us to store our bicycles in the garage. The apartment is very spacious, though I wish the bathroom had a door for a little more privacy (at the time we stayed, the "door" was a window shade that you pulled from the top of the door frame down to about knee height). One other thing to note is that there is a skylight over the bed, which was quite bright in the morning. If bright morning light wakes you up, I recommend bringing an eye mask. Overall, it is a lovely place: quiet and in a great location.

We a family of 4, in winter, so wet, cold, overcast weather (no views while there), could not use outdoor spaces (patios, balconies, yard). A working class neighborhood of Seaside- great restaurants, good shopping, short drive to Monterey area attractions. Bedrooms upstairs, 1 big bedroom with 2 queen beds, attached full bathroom. 2nd smaller bedroom also 2 queens, so have to walk through main bedroom to shower/bathe. Not bad, but u do have to deal with stairs, and privacy between the sleeping areas might be a concern for some. Downstairs main room is big but sparse. Cooktop, no oven. small microwave, toaster, full size fridge. One big sectional sofa and a coffee table. 1 other dining/side table for everything else. Host lets u use washer/dryer in garage free, BYO soap. Overall, nice stay for our winter vacation in Monterey. Host very responsive, very quick even small issues. Parking- street or half driveway, driveway blocked by other car some time. walls thin though-u hear next unit.

Was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! Bed was so comfortable, private location super close to Carmel and Monterey, and great recommendations from Barbara! Can’t recommend it enough!

I've stayed with Diana a couple of times now. Both her cottages are great. The Cozy Cottage was perfect for my work visit to Monterey...it had everything I needed and is close to a lot of services and super convenient to Oldtown Salinas! Diana is very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely book the Cozy Cottage again.

I stayed in Paul’s space for four months, and it was perfect for my needs. It was private, quiet, and, although it was a very small studio, the walk-in closet provided tons of storage, which I made use of. There were a few few things in particular, that really made this place stand out to me: 1. The ability to keep my pets with me 2. Laundry facilities on site 3. Private backyard, where I could let my animals relieve themselves, and also bask in the sunshine 4. A nearby ball field where I could take my dogs to run around 5. A nearby Taqueria for convenient lunches 6. Paul’s responsiveness to any concerns that came up for me; plus he was kind, generous and likable 7. Everything that I needed in the kitchen 8. Comfortable bed 9. Lots of street parking 10. Walkable neighborhoods nearby nearby

House was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was in a very quiet private area nearby the highway making it accessible to other locations. 5/5 👍

I absolutely loved my stay here. Excellent location (easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants). Quiet neighborhood. Communication was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly host! Easy to communicate with and helpful when we had to suddenly leave a day early. Location was perfect for my family of 4. Easy drive to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, stores and food close by, and walking distance from the beach. The house was great for kids as there were some board games to play and no clutter for them to get into. We all got a kick out of the decorations and we really appreciated the smart tech throughout the home. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
