Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

This cottage was completely renovated in 2013 based on an old stable. In order to optimize spaces, access is via sloping stairs. Comfortably located, this cottage is a 10-minute drive to Champex-Lac Resort and 18 minutes to La Fouly. The location is ideal for hiking and sightseeing activities.

In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The Chalet “A La CASA” enjoys a very sunny location on the north-east side of the Zermatt village. It has an exceptional view of the village and the Matterhorn. In winter it is possible to ski right up to the front of the house. The house is connected by an elevator from the riverside. About 150 meters to the ski bus station, 8-10 min. walking distance to the center of Zermatt. Laundry in the main house.
