The house is circulated and delivered complete with clean sheets and pillows. You don't have any space shared with other people. Low vehicles can enter without any difficulty. Located at Km 5 on the road to Monterrico, crossing the Iztapa bridge to Monterrico.

It has its own pool, 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom (4 people per room), palm trees and a spectacular view. Our house has fresh water that comes from a nearby well. The pool is also freshwater. The house's kitchen is very well equipped. We frequently renew pots, pans, cutlery and others so that they are always in optimal condition.
