The apartment is very well located, close to hospitals, gym, supermarket. And also the most famous avenue of Montes Claros with several bars, restaurants, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, steakhouse, etc. Note: The garage is covered and accommodates small and medium-sized vehicles. Trucks do not fit.
