Barrio tranquilo y muy bonito con todas las amenities necesarias a una distancia caminable. Es un apartamento al fondo de nuestro terreno, con entrada privada. Comparte con los dueños el portón principal que da a la calle. Tiene un dormitorio y patio privado con parrillero propio.

Comfy suite overlooking the garden, includes a kitchenette and bathroom. Very tranquil. You will access from an Independent entryway from the street into the garden where the room is located. You'll be in the residential - garden - neighborhood of Carrasco, 7 blocks from the beach and close to shops, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and so on. This guest suite is conveniently located close to bus stops that can take you directly into the old town, and other parts of the city.

"The little house in the back" Next to the Antel Arena

Private apartment at the back with separate entrance, steps away from the new shopping center, a good point to connect with the whole city. It's in the back, shared with my house, where our dog, Clara (an adorable Golden Retriever), lives. On the mezzanine is the bedroom with a 2-seater sommier and a 32-inch smart TV. Downstairs is the living room with windows to the back and a full bathroom. There is a covered barbecue next door that can be used, with the option of a cooking area.

The property is at the back of a mansion that is over 100 years old, a few blocks from the main thoroughfares that facilitate transportation to all points of the city.

Since public transport is quite far from the property, use of taxis or Uber is recommended.

Disfrutá de una estadía tranquila en nuestra casa de huéspedes, ubicada en Barra de Carrasco, un barrio residencial muy bien conectado, a solo 10 minutos del Aeropuerto de Carrasco y a 5 minutos en auto (o 15 caminando) de la calle Arocena (calle principal), donde encontrarás supermercados, cafés, restaurantes y todo tipo de servicios. Y a pocos minutos de la Cancha Celeste de hockey.
