Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Montezuma Beach, Santa Fe

El alojamiento se encuentra a pocos metros de la calle principal de Santa Teresa. La ubicación es excelente. Está enfrente de la mejor playa de Santa Teresa, que tiene los mejores atardeceres. Está en una zona muy tranquila. En nuestro caso, valoramos que no esté en un lugar ruidoso, pero a pocas cuadras de todos los restaurantes y bares. Además, tiene un supermercado a una cuadra. Para dos personas, el alojamiento es amplio y muy cómodo. La cocina es muy muy completa y se puede cocinar. Al ser una zona selvática, es inevitable que haya algunos bichos. El balcón es como se ve en las fotos. La presión del agua del baño no es muy fuerte pero funciona bien. El aire y los ventiladores funcionaban bien así que no sufrimos el calor. Muy importante. Si buscan algo cerca de la playa en el centro de Sta Teresa, es una excelente opción. Franco estuvo siempre a disposición. Recomendable

We had an amazing stay at Irinas apartment! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Short walk to shops and the beach!

Our stay here was fantastic. We stayed in the upper unit kind of separated from the property and we loved it. It was very private and a beautiful view of the ocean and trees around. Watch for the parrots flying past you while resting in the hammock. The main property was very well maintained with clear blue pools that were refreshing. The drinks at the bar were tasty, as well as the sushi! Having your own transportation into Montezuma is recommended no matter where you stay outside of the town of Montezuma. The hill to get in and out of Montezuma is a steep winding one. This is not a knock at the this stay, just a clarification to other posts. Varina is incredibly helpful and a wonderful host. We will be staying here again our next trip to Montezuma.

If you find availability to book this slice of paradise, don’t hesitate. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 1 month and Betty is literally the best host you could ask for. She will always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is more comfortable and accommodate your needs. I was working remotely here and was worried about the wifi and Betty went ahead and upgraded the internet to the highest speed to accommodate me and it was perfect for work. Betty’s place is perfectly located in the best part of Santa Teresa, just far enough from the dust and noise of the strip to have peace. It’s a short 7 min walk to the beach and the walk back is uphill (ATV recommended) but is worth the spectacular view. The place is very clean and well designed, with fans provided. One of my favourite things to do was watch the sunrise from the property’s helicopter landing pad in the morning. There is a worker onsite that helps with cleaning and made the place feel secure. This place is a hidden gem.

This apartment was amazing. Windows the length of the apartment looking out into nature was dreamy! Also have the apartment cleaned on a regular basis was nice, it’s nearly impossible to not drag sand in.

We had a wonderful time at Scott and Natalia’s place in beautiful Santa Teresa! We stayed at 3 places in Costa Rica, and this was by far our favorite. The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to everything, including the beach. It was very well maintained and they even suggested an amazing excursion. We rented ATVs and went to Montezuma and a ton of small towns on our own, with their suggestion. It was our favorite day of the trip! Lots of monkey and wildlife by the pool, and beautiful beach across the road. Do not hesitate to book this 100000/10 Airbnb. Great price too! Thanks again Scott and Natalia! We will be back with friends we hope.

This place’s location alone is a winner! So close to the beach (it’s literally across the street) and good restaurants. We were put in contact with Julieta who was wonderful in helping us book things in the area, like surfing and Tortuga island tours. Place was cozy and convenient. The only thing is it is an outdoor kitchen, so make sure all food items are put away properly. We saw some raccoons trying to get food haha! Besides that if you want to be close to the beach, this is your spot!

Great place

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and wonderfully quiet – a true retreat. Its location was perfect, with the surfing area being an easy walk away. The house itself was very comfortable and we felt completely safe. Communication with the host was fantastic

La villa es demasiado hermosa, equipada con todo lo necesario por si vas a cocinar, todo el entorno de la villa nos encantó. El administrador muy atento a cualquier consulta, excelente servicio y amable. La playa que está a unos 50 mts de la villa, es hermosa, la disfrutamos de día y atardecer. Muy cerca de otras playas para conocer.

We had a great stay! Galina was very helpful with everything we needed, and the house was very comfortable.

Manzanillo is a gem of a spot, very easy to walk to local food and small grocer, beach is a short walk away. Elias was very helpful with any issues we needed sorting out. I would definitely go back and stay again!

Rainbow House was a great place to stay. Surrounded by trees with great view of the Pacific Ocean. Steep climb to the house but that was great exercise. Chachi was responsive to our requests and is very helpful.

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. Valoré la cercanía con la playa, el sonido del mar el entorno de la piscina con abundantes plantas y la cercanía del bosque. Estando cerca de la civilización quedan pocos lugares como este que estando rodeado de campo y con poca gente, se pueda ir a la playa caminando y regresar a darse una ducha y meterse en la piscina.
