A clean 1 bedroom Clarksburg, MD basement apartment is close by Germantown, Boyds, Damascus and Gaithersburg. A rollaway bed is available for 2nd bed option. Perfect for quick personal and business trips or an extended stay. Just 31 miles outside of Washington, DC. Completely private space; there is NO area of this rental space shared with the rest of house. My wife and I occupy the upper two levels as our residence. My home is in a quiet, safe, suburban neighborhood. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to Washington DC and 15 minutes from downtown Silver Spring. The closest Metro station is an 8 minute drive. There is always parking available in my driveway. There are a variety of restaurants, groceries and shops close by.
