Despite some issues receiving access codes for the location (the host was away) and the provided towels being damp, overall our friend group had a great time here! The location was great for coffee shops, dinner options, and a short walk from The Fillmore. We had plenty of space for 7 people and definitely could’ve fit more. The bedrooms, kitchen, and common areas were all very clean and we appreciated being able to check out late for the minor inconvenience checking in. Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed very much our staying in Patricia's place. Great location and Patricia is an excellent host. The first night we did not have internet so after I sent her a message, she immediately told us what was going on and how long it will take to get internet service, again. The house was spotless, equipped with all the necessary and it worked out great for us (two families). We will stay in Patricia's place, again!

The host responded timely and showed that he or she cared about the any problems we had. Everything was user friendly! Would choose them again!!!

The host at Home in Pennsburg was very responsive and communicated every detail we needed to know. The hospitality, cleanliness, friendliness, and helpfulness felt positive and safe to my family. The children enjoyed the amenities for a few days and could focus on family time. A place that must return to continue the memorable experience. Perfect spot our growing clan needed for the long weekend of my youngest son's wedding at the nearby Pearl S. Buck Estate! Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy when needed while also thoroughly enjoying the communal spaces like the deck, fire pit and kitchen! LOVED our fresh eggs from the dear lady chickens each day and feeding the goats was a joy for my 2-year old grand - truly delightful! Thank you to our kind and responsive host Amy for answering my myriad questions as we planned so many family activities from afar.

Aidan’s place was a gem! From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless. The space was immaculately clean and thoughtfully prepared, with a calm, welcoming vibe that made it easy to unwind. You can tell the host genuinely cares about the guest experience. Communication was smooth, and every detail — from directions to amenities — was well-organized. It’s in a great location and served as the perfect base for my family trip. I truly appreciated the comfort, quiet, and cleanliness. A perfect 5-star stay! Aidan’s place exceeded all expectations — beautifully clean, easy to access, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made it feel like home. Check-in was seamless, and communication remained prompt and friendly throughout. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. A few small spots could have been cleaned a bit more and the price was a bit steep compared to similar locations, but ultimately happy we chose to stay here and the size of the home was perfect for what we needed.

Orlando was such an amazing host ! He was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages. He was proactive and contacted me to set the AC remotely for us since it was going to be an extremely hot day. This house felt like home, it was soooo comfortable and prefect for a large family of 17 with multiple children and toddlers!! The kids absolutely loved the playground in the yard and the toys that were located in the basement. I highly recommend this home for large families with children!

Beautiful home. It was a lovely stay. Manos was very accommodating from the initial booking to the checkout process. I booked for a group of 10 people for a local music festival. Everything needed for a stay was provided. Plates, glasses, cups, pots, utensils, seasonings, frying oil, coffee, sugar. Literally everything-just show up. 2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement for accessible use. If I could rate my experience a 100/10, I absolutely would! We returned quite late each night due to the ending time of the festival but there was parking available in front on the one way street. Area was safe with easy parking. Multiple irons and boards available of every floor, soap/shampoo in every bathroom, fans in every room, towels/wash cloths available, artsy vibe- just awesome. If I ever return with such a large group, I’ll absolutely book again!! Great safe space from home. Thanks for being informative and making the experience special for us who travelled all the way from Hartford, CT!

This house was a fantastic place for our work group to gather. It is conveniently located to many restaurants. We went for runs around the neighborhoods. The house itself has a beautiful backyard and plenty of space indoors. Joshua was extremely responsive before our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Place is as describe. Good neighborhood. Close to restaurants. We love the place because everybody had their own bathroom.

We had two adult children (couples( along with us, and the house was perfect for the six of us. Plenty of room to spread out, yet ample space to come together. Would definitely recommend for a multi-family stay.

We had a family gathering and this house was the perfect place for 8 people. Two more could have joined into this space. There are several shared spaces -two living rooms and a studio space-. The large dining room table could fit 11 people. With the proximity to green areas, we got to see rabbits and a wolf, but were mostly visited by birdsong. The pool area is in a separate building that has a game room, the outdoor pool, and outdoor chairs and tables under a roof (providing protection from sun and rain). The house is a 4 minute drive to a large grocery store. We greatly enjoyed staying in this well kept 1800s house. It feels very welcoming, bringing us to the heritage of this city.

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

A truly exceptional stay! The Elegant Chateau in Philadelphia was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need (even things you wouldn’t think of!). It’s the perfect space for entertaining while still allowing for privacy and comfort. One of the highlights for me was knowing it’s Black-owned, which made supporting this stay even more meaningful. I was proud to host family here. Whether you’re visiting during warm or cold months, the property is ready—swimming and grilling in the summer, cozy and well-equipped in cooler weather. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. Only word of advice: keep your trash secured—there are some bold raccoons who like to make evening appearances, but they didn’t take away from an otherwise perfect experience. I’ve already recommended this gem to others and will definitely be returning myself. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

The place is cute and the property is beautiful. The pool is lovely and well taken care of by Stephany and her family. It was very easy to find the house and there are a lot of cute Farms and places to visit nearby. The beds are harder than I like, but my family found them comfortable. All of the bedrooms are upstairs and the back staircase is a little tricky, but I found it to be a fun way to get downstairs. The house was built hundreds of years ago and has quite the charming feel, most of the floors appeared to be original or close to it and we found that very amusing, the kitchen has updated ammenities and that was very welcomed. My daughter loved the trees in the house and enjoyed napping on the couch under one. They live her full time, so have many of their own personal items throughout the house; but they made sure to clear enough room for us to feel welcome and comfortable.

The house was beautiful, the yard was exactly what we were looking for. Kimberly was extremely helpful and very responsive to any and all questions. We really enjoyed out stay.
