Quiet chalet of 16 m2 on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, a recognized place for paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The chalet is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my accommodation located a few meters from the chalet. A small dining area is available in the cottage. The wifi is sometimes a little capricious, no worries for 4G.

Le lieu est idéal pour les amateurs de cyclisme, VTT, randonnée, escalade, parapente, baignade et en hiver pour le ski de piste, de randonnée ou nordique et les balades en raquettes... Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
