It is not a converted cellar but a real dwelling dug into the hillside and inhabited for more than three centuries. Furnished while keeping the original materials as much as possible, it is a cozy and warm nest with a nice enclosed garden, close to amenities. Summer and winter the temperature is pleasant, with or without heating (very efficient) depending on the needs of the weather.

Welcome to Moulin de la Motte Baudoin ! This former windmill from the late 19th century is perched on its rocky promontory and will surprise you with its stunning views of the valley as well as the Château de Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher. The mill is spread over 3 levels and a mezzanine. On the ground floor, you have a small kitchen equipped with a wood stove, on the 1st, the bathroom takes place, on the second, the bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and finally a mezzanine under attic.
