Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2-4 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

House is situated at the harbour front close to all amenities within village. The nearby restaurant/pub serves excellent food including locally sourced seafood. Many scenic walks both locally and in the area. Wildlife in abundance and Nature Reserve at St Cyrus worthy of visit. Golf,tennis,swimming,etc are nearby. Wonderful sandy beaches nearby

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Its a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow all within 60 minute drive. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.

After a day at the beach, you can stroll back to your private house near the Market Square in lovely Stonehaven. You can cook a meal in the stocked kitchen and dine al fresco in the back enclosed garden. Relax in the 2 bedrooms, with an additional quiet bonus room tucked away with a sofa that could be used for an office. This a cozy and comfortable home base in Aberdeenshire, close to woodland walks, golf courses, the lively harbour and beach.
