Morning sun pours through expansive glass panes, a free standing fireplace and solid wood floors help keep it warm in winter. A 20 minute drive gets you to Nottingham Road shops and restaurant

We like to think that we have the best of both worlds here at Yellowwoods. The benefits of farm life, yet easy access to cafes, restaurants, bicycles trails, farmers markets, Boschhoek+Gowrie golf courses, Clifton Notties Prep school and Michaelhouse. Only 2kms off the N3, we are easily accessible and very easy to find. We are a little farm, so expect a bit of ‘farm noise’ and general day-to-day goings on! There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

A charming , spacious, house in the secure Gowrie Village in Nottingham Rd. Cosy in winter with a wood burner in the lounge and another in the kitchen. It overlooks a field, is peaceful and quiet and yet close to the coffee shops and eating places. Bourne View has an excellent location, close to pubs and meander shops and yet retains the feel of being in the country. A home away from home we offer comfort. (It is not a modern build, as it is one of the first houses to appear in Gowrie) Enjoy!
