This unique pet friendly property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve and their little dog Charlie live on site. This comfortable apartment on ground floor has great ocean views from the bedroom. Pets are very welcome we just ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates. All of the shared outdoor areas including the firepit, overlook the ocean.

A quiet coastal town, 15 minutes from Bundaberg, where children ride bikes unsupervised and people are friendly. Our home is located in a quiet court and offers a fully fenced backyard. A 5 minute walk to the beach, with ocean and sand as far as the eye can see and turtles nest on the beach. Patrolled during an extended summer period. Lay in bed and listen to the ocean and at night see all the stars. With some lovely nature walks close by. Also 4wding on the far ends of the beach.

Just a short 500 metre stroll to the beautiful beach or head in the other direction only 300 metres to the IGA, Tavern, Chemist, Bakery, Doctor, Fish & chip shop and Garage. Enjoy your privacy with your own entrance and complete separation from the owners dwelling. There is a resident Labrador that will appreciate a passing cuddle. The Ground Floor is self contained with own kitchen, main bedroom with double bed, large sitting room with two single beds, TV with access to Netflix, wifi, books and board games. Harry and Philippa live on site, along with two dogs, two cats, one horse Jubilee, 5 sheep, chickens and a flock of guinea fowl that come and go.
