You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle and Romanesque church between the Wald- and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain can be divided. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal. Apt is close to good restaurants, vineries, pubs, coffee places, music clubs, museums and galleries or National theatre. Flat has wheelchair access and is familly friendly.

Apartment contains one big sleeping room, one smaller sleeping room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our house is situated in quiet location 5 minutes drive from historical city center (taxi ~5€) of Trenčín. In summer days guest can use the garden with beautiful view on mountains for relaxation. Parking is directly in the garden next to house.
