Holiday rentals with lake access in Moreno Valley

Had a great weekend with the family at this cabin. Quick jaunt to a marina and rented a boat for an afternoon lunch on the lake. Place was fun during downtime, be it playing pool or the X-men arcade machine. Just a beautiful home and environment all around.

Truly enjoyed our stay and the interaction with Tess. The house had all the amenities needed for our family. Great location. You are within walking distance of the Village. Back deck is very peaceful. Used the table and chairs in the front of the house for morning coffee. That was perfect.

We had the most wonderful weekend at Jennifer’s cabin with our entire family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. She provided clear, detailed instructions that made check-in and navigating the home a breeze. The cabin itself was absolutely stunning: spacious, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable group stay. Every room was thoughtfully furnished, and the house had all essential equipment for cooking meals together (2 ovens + 2 grills!) The views of the lake were breathtaking, and there were plenty of cozy corners to relax, play games, or just enjoy each other’s company. It’s clear that Jennifer takes great pride in this home and truly cares about her guests’ experience. Our family made lasting memories here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat.

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids! It was spacious, super clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The kids LOVED the game room, loft, and ball pit—it kept them entertained for hours. After warm 80-degree days, the A/C was a total gamechanger every time we came home. We grilled on the BBQ, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, and ended nights stargazing from the top balcony—shooting stars included! Mornings were peaceful with coffee, journaling, and headphones on the lower deck while everyone slept. A huge bonus was access to ALA amenities—private docks for fishing and private lake beaches were a BIG hit with the kids. The ALA card also offers access to private trails for hiking (we skipped due to heat). Nate, the host, was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this home to anyone seeking comfort, nature, and proximity to shops, restaurants, and adventure.

Madeline's abode has the feeling of bygone years of a "romp to the lake" and easy living. She is so responsive to questions and need for directions. We enjoyed our stay. We would probably enjoy it in other seasons also besides the day of new snow and terrible fires elsewhere. We would recommend her establishment!

If you are looking for a secluded cabin to enjoy a peaceful getaway, this is it! Your backyard are the enchanting woods, where we hiked with ease. We were able to capture breathtaking photos of the lake and snowy mountains on our hike. Picturesque views from the front deck, where we got to experience rain and snow fall which was fascinating. Sitting on the front deck with a cup of coffee, hearing the birds singing was serene. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in until we left, it truly was hard to say goodbye. The home had all the basic necessities you need and more. Me and my family had no complaints, other than having to take our own trash with us, but that alone will NOT stop us from coming back. We are homebodies, so we enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. We for sure know where to call home when we come back. Tessa is a superhost for sure. such a peaceful, beautiful escape. adorably decorated. lake was stunning. house was a little difficult to find, other guests ended up driving down someone else's driveway haha. just make sure you go through the black gate where the red mailbox says sixteen zero seven two. it's the house in the back past the first house. would have also been helpful to know that the backyard is shared with another airbnb, but maybe I missed it in the description. lastly, beware of duck poop in the grass lol. other than that, everything was perfect! had the best time with my friends.

Great place to stay. It was quiet and I was able to cook for myself. Jane was fun to talk with and polite. The place was clean and she had a lot of recommendations for things to do. We hiked up a mountain, too.

I stayed for a week because of my daughter's graduation, and Ryan was a kind and good host who asked if I was doing well. If I come back to Irvine, I want to stay here.

We had a great 4-night stay here! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and we loved the location. We could park and walk everywhere in town we wanted to go.

Great location and exactly as described. The condo is a two-minute walk to Boulder Bay and the lake. Clear instructions for parking and entry made our arrival easy. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed having all the basics covered. The shared hot tub and pool were right by the unit. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Big Bear Lake.

The home was perfect for our family Christmas. Our kids loved the outdoor fire pit and board games. Home was perfectly described as an antique home with very a lot of detail in the home still. We will definitely be booking again

Great location if you are visiting Lake Arrowhead. It’s less than 5 minutes to get to the village that has most of the restaurants. Lake Gregory is also about 15 minutes away. Great space for our family of 4. Cassidy was very responsive and gave great details about our stay.

Cindy's cozy cottage was exactly as we expected and worked perfectly for two adults and our dog. It was very easy to find and access. The cottage looks exactly like the pictures and was a very short walk to the village and many restaurants. It was also a short drive to the trailhead of the hike we chose to do on the north side of the lake. Cindy graciously allowed us a late check out which we very much appreciated. We would stay again!

Sharon's Cottage was lovely. The house and property are beautiful and nestled in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. Just a few minute drive from all the shops at Lake Arrowhead. My family of five stayed for 3 nights. The kids loved it. Lots of board games and children's toys were available. Sharon was a fantastic host. Answered any questions we had prior to our stay and was so accommodating allowing us to check-in early. Can't say enough about this place. Thank you, Sharon!

Staying at the Cozy Cottage was an amazing experience! I booked the cabin for a weekend trip as a Valentine’s Day present, and our stay there was perfect. Mary Ann & Chuck were both very helpful, they guided us to an alternate route to the cabin to avoid an icy/snowy hill, and made sure we got there okay. As far as the cabin itself goes, there’s really nothing bad to say. The heaters upstairs and downstairs work great, and they work fast. You don’t need to go above 68° to really feel warm. The water pressure & heat in the shower is great, the bathroom’s immaculately clean, and very well-themed! The master bedroom is also very well put together. Everything is labeled, but non-obstructively; you only see them when you need them! We made sure to follow the guide & instructions in welcome packet & introductory e-mail, and we had no questions. Check-out was very flexible, and the amenities are amazing. Make sure to sign the guest book if you visit :) 10/10!!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We also appreciated how many clean towels were available. The hosts were super friendly easy to get ahold of and Matt even shipped us some clothing items we forgot!
