loved the place- its aesthetic just like the photos, feels luxurious and very well maintained. value for money. the location is great and easy to find. just that parking in the basement will pillars around makes it a bit difficult for some people, but then you can always park on the road... there is a security guard 24*7 which is the best part... the swimming pool is bit small and rectangular but no complaints, it is the way it is, the good this is that its well maintained and has greenery around... the caretaker Chandan and Umesh were very helpful.. Umesh specially cleaned the house daily and he's very polite.

I stayed here for about 15–20 days and had such a wonderful experience. The house itself is really pretty — thoughtfully done up with great aesthetics and a peaceful vibe. One of my favorite parts was the patio area — perfect for morning coffee, work, or just unwinding in the evenings. What truly stood out, though, was the host. So jolly, warm, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we had even the tiniest inconvenience, someone was sent immediately to sort it out — it honestly felt like staying at a friend’s place rather than a rental. Nothing to complain about — only good things to say. Would definitely love to come back!

Location was amazing. We can see the sea from balcony, terrace was not clean, but balcony was good. Small set up of kitchen which was good. 5 stars for the View from the room.

Perfect place for 2-3 people. The apartment was clean, had all the listed amneties and 3 balconies facing the lively street. Living room balcony is a large one where I spent a lot of time working and chilling out during evening. Ansh is a very responsive and caring host, and checked everyday if everything was okay. He also provided me an early check-in by a couple of hours, due to my flight schedule. Daily Housekeeping by Prakash and Team was on point. The location is excellent, in a lively area, with walkable access to anything you need. Multiple restaurants are located on the Ground floor of Society. Oxford Arcade Supermarket is bang opposite to it, for all supermarket and alcohol needs. North Anjuna Beach Pubs are 5 minutes of walk, 1 minute by bike. Vagator is 5 minutes by bike. I spent 4 nights all by myself on a workation, and never really got bored due to liveliness and vibe around the area. I recommend Ansh's place to anyone looking for an enjoyable and chilled out stay.

we had a comfortable stay. cleaners were regularly coming in to take care of all our house needs. wifi was great. I was given everything that I requested for a longer stay with kids

The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of bags to carry around in our vehicle but Nita was understanding and let us store our luggage before the checkin time as well. My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
