Very comfortable & private guest-house on the hill

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. All the amenities to relax and easy access to city. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away. Excellent cafes within 5 minutes walk. The guest house is at the back of our house on a hill so there is a bit of a walk up to it, see photos. Total of 28 steps. Worth the walk though! The 55" TV has all the latest apps installed and chromecast. You just need your login details to access. Or, you can watch any of the TV channels.

Lovely stay ever❤️ It was my very first Airbnb stay after arriving in Australia, and I feel so happy that my first accommodation was at their place! M&M are always kind and welcoming. They even showed us around the neighborhood and shared so many helpful tips and information with us. And Toby, the cutest puppy in the world, was so lovely🫶🫶🫶 he welcomed us every time we came home! The room was so cozy and the location was also perfect! very close to both the train and bus stations. I highly recommend this place to stay !!! I’ll miss M&M&T thank uuuuu ❤️

late checking wasn't a problem, Mark even met my daughter and I at our car and offered to help with our heavy bags, so late in the night and after the lo g drive we had this was a welcome kindness, unexpected, very nice. Gayle was very helpful around the kitchen, offering plates, bowls, cutlery, etc for us to eat our late dinner with. Very friendly. Mark showed us around the house, very informative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved our short stay - perfect location to catch a ferry to the Powerhouse for a show, then an easy walk back to our stay from Bulimba restaurants after dinner. Sallyanne was responsive & friendly, greeting us upon arrival. Thoughtful touches such as a fresh fruit platter, selections of milks, snacks & teas made us feel welcomed in this cosy, comfortable, stylish and super clean suite. Peaceful safe neighbourhood location. Loved having the garden to sit in and enjoy a cuppa. Will definitely come back

Nina is so welcoming and friendly. Her decor was just beautiful and I felt very relaxed and right at home at Nina's house . Nina lets you enjoy the space as if it's your own and she was very good at suggesting places to go around her area . I had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely stay again if I ever need to . I highly recommend Nina's house if you want a nice relaxing stay in a beautiful decorated house .

Nice price for what you got, the rooms are cleaned and cozy, and just feels like home. The only downside is that you can’t lock the room, and the house is shared by 4 rooms, so probably not a good idea to left valuables in room.
