We also have a TV room, a kitchen with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, and in another room, we have a barbecue and a meeting space. The space is large and it is possible to park the car inside the property. The Chácara has a swimming pool and the river passes just behind the property, and can be seen from a deck. We do not accept events.

Mixed house, wood and masonry, natural water pool directly from the Serra... gourmet area with barbecue... wood stove... With a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. Simple but cozy house, clean, fans in all rooms, very quiet place, easy access on the edge of the asphalt. Now we also have a cozy corner for the cold winter days to warm up a fire and eat a pine cone on the plate and roast corn on the grill. We also have a smart TV.
