My stay was wonderful! The apartment was super clean, fragrant and organized with care. There was nothing missing! The duvet was so warm it felt like a 🥰 hug Check-in was easy, right at the reception. Communication with Maurício was excellent: always quick and attentive. The location is great for those who want to enjoy the west side of Rio. I saw people complaining about the distance, but it's just common sense: if you want the south zone, stay there. Now, to enjoy the west side, Verano Stay is the best choice! The cost-benefit is great, with a pool, gym, sauna, grocery store and restaurant with affordable prices. The condominium is beautiful, high-end structure, "soap opera" type! And security is a strong point: a guardhouse right at the entrance of the street, always with police, in addition to all the internal care. I loved everything and I will definitely come back - and next time, I will take the whole family! ❤️

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and fragrant. With everything anyone might need. A good energy and the condominium is welcoming, clean and with great surveillance. Safe place with easy access. The host was kind, always responded quickly and was very helpful, showing welcome for any information about the place, surroundings and Rio de Janeiro. When we return to Rio, we will always stay here, and we will recommend it to friends!

We wanted to thank you for your stay! Everything is very good! The hydro, the air conditioning, hot water in the faucets and the projector are the highlights of the house. But we have some very important points of improvement that we think need to be taken into account, for example: Security needs to be improved, the main gate of the house is made of wood, very “mixuruca”. When we arrived there, there was an open part. We live in Rio de Janeiro and we know how great the violence is, even though it is a bucolic neighborhood. In addition, the lighting of the outside also leaves something to be desired when night comes. It would be safer if the room were closed with glass and not just curtains. In addition, we had difficulties with the stove and oven and did not get answers. We also found foci of dengue mosquito larvae under the external sink. An imminent danger.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. It was super fragrant and clean, organized. I found everything I needed and more. The host was very helpful, and resolved issues quickly and proactively. It is on a closed street, very quiet and safe, close to supermarkets and bakeries. Easy access to BRT/subway, bus, taxi and app cars. I really felt at home, the environment is very welcoming and complete, well equipped.
