Bienvenue dans notre nouveau logement situé au « Clos Mylodro », à 3 min de l’hôpital privé De Varye (10 min à pied) et à 10 min en voiture de la Gare de Bourges. C’est avec plaisir que je recommence l’expérience d’hôte! Voici notre charmant et confortable appartement, indépendant de notre maison privée, pouvant héberger quatre personnes (+ un bébé), avec terrasse couverte, salon de jardin et d’un parking (grand utilitaire ok) privé. La piscine, l’aire de jeux sont à partager avec ma famille.

La Maison Ranchot est une maison de centre-ville avec cour privée et balnéo dans la chambre totalement rénovée. Peut accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. À l'extérieur, une cour avec salon de jardin pour profiter des douces soirées autour d'un barbecue ! Stationnement gratuit juste devant la maison. Vous êtes à 2 minutes à pied de la place Séraucourt ! À 10 mn à pied de la Cathédrale Saint-Étienne de Bourges, à 15 minutes à pied du Palais Jacques Cœur.

18th century manor near Bourges

This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

Le studio se trouve à l’étage de notre maison, avec entrée indépendante (escalier extérieur). Vous pourrez garer votre voiture dans la cour ou le parking à proximité s'il n'y a plus de place dans la cour. Notre maison est proche des commerces, d’un arrêt de bus, de l’autoroute A71 de Bourges (10-15 minutes) et de la gare de St Florent sur Cher.
