Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Zum nächsten Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich hierbei um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden!

Natur pur! Ihr wohnt in einem alten Bahnhof direkt an Wander- und Radwegen. Die absolute Ruhe (fast) ohne Nachbarn. Auf den Schienen passieren 3x täglich langsam fahrende Güterzüge. Am Wochenende liegen sie still - dann kann man dort Rehe oder auch mal einen Fuchs beobachten. Die Wohnung liegt im ehemaligen Lokschuppen des Bahnhofs und ist stylisch/individuell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie steht nach Komplettsanierung des Gebäudes jetzt erstmalig zur Verfügung.
