Tranquil accommodation. Very clean and organized apartment. Beautiful view of the lighthouse and the beach. Leandro was cordial and treated us very well, when we needed it. I recommend it.

The space is excellent, well located, close to several cool things to do, and Phillipe was super quiet, he let me in earlier, and even let a friend who was not on the reservation, I highly recommend. A point to be improved is in the bathroom of the suite to put a box, because in the bath the curtain always stuck on the body, but I rented being aware that I had the curtain, but this did not change my experience.

Great place, very clean. Close to the beach... 10 minutes walk. The only thing that hindered us was the arrival, because the address was wrong, but the host responded quickly and helped us.

Great place to stay ! The apartment was clean and organized. The apartment is very complete, has many accessories that facilitate the stay (Appliances, Water Filter, Apartment Cleaning Accessories, + Bath Towels, + pillows, etc ...). I found the apartment very complete ! The location is great ! The building is located in front of Praia, and next to the craft fair and excellent restaurants! Vitor is very requested and helped me with agility in all questions and instructions.

Second time I go with my family and as always everything impeccable! Robson's super attentive and concerned about whether it was okay with hosting. Sr Barriga, the homemaker, a very friendly and helpful gentleman. The extremely clean house, all items in perfect condition, containing all the items. Comfortable rooms, we were able to rest a lot. Clean pool, all organized outdoor area. Anyway, the house has everything from lava and dry, to ironing. You have accommodated our family very well! With rainy weather, this time we weren't able to explore many things, but we had fun the same way and we're already planning our next family trip again. Gratitude Robson and Sr Barriga!

The house is very beautiful. The showers have great showers, beds are very comfortable, air conditioning quiet, we all sleep very well. The host Ricardo is very friendly and would always respond to us immediately. We all love the stay, we feel at home. It has a market right in front of the condo. The name says it all: “sossego Caueira”. Perfect place to relax with family. I recommend it!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Dione was an amazing host, super responsive and helpful. Very kind and helped us with every ask. The property is everything we'd hoped for, spacious (plenty of room for everyone), private (behind secure fencing and tucked away), 5 minute walk to the beach, and has all the ameneties (hot water, A/C, etc). We spent the week enjoying the pool and hammock, made churrasco, and even played some billiards. We loved this property and when we go back to Aracaju, this property will be the first one we book!

It is well worth staying with Fabrícia, a house near the beach of Atalaia, near Bares, restaurants, I will come back more often for sure, thanks for the accommodation.

I stayed with my parent, sister and aunt for vacation. It was the first time here on Airbnb and I was super satisfied! The house is wonderful, just as advertised and Caueira is a paradise! We initially rented for 9 nights and because we like it so we ended up extending our stay for another 3 nights!! We left there full of Plans to return. Terrah Homes' team of hosts is super attentive, always helping and assisting us in what was needed, outside of Virginia and the Werlys (Homemade and Pscineiro) who were super helpful and kind. Congratulations and thank you to all staff who contributed so that me and my family would have a blessed stay!

We had a great stay spacious apt all clean, close to the waterfront and sights, from to do a lot of things going on foot. Aracaju is wonderful and has many excellent tours

Space is exactly like in the pictures — beautiful, very beautiful and cozy. It is close to the beach, you can walk quietly, and there are many restaurants nearby. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...
