A modern villa with a lake plot, large private dock, hot tub and sauna. Stunning views of Lake Boren where the canal boats pass by. As cozy summer as other seasons. Great fishing in the lake. Suterränghouse where the upper level has integrated kitchen and living room for social interaction with panoramic lake view as well as WC. Lower floor has three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and living room/tv room. On the property, there are also two smaller cabins with a guest room in each, bathroom (not winter time) and hot tub.

Our farmhouse from the 1800s is located in the heart of Vadstena and within walking distance to most things. The 65 sqm farmhouse has been carefully renovated. On the bv there is a living/bedroom with sofa bed, armchairs, table. Brand new bathroom and washing machine are next door. On the island there is a small, but well-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lovely bedroom. Private garden furniture on your doorstep. Perfect for a glass of wine at night… Possible to park in the streets close to the house. WIFI included.

The cottage is located at the edge of the forest in a quiet location in close proximity to a fish-rich lake. From the house entrance you have a wonderful view of the lake where the in-house boat is ready. There are numerous opportunities for anglers and hikers nearby. The house is surrounded by forest and nature with lots of mushrooms and berries. A beautiful swimming lake is reachable in a few minutes' walk. The natural paradise of Harge Uddar can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Tivedens National Park is close as well as the long sandy beach Harjebaden. The house was completed in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.
