Comme son nom l'indique le bungalow est situé sur un Motu, complètement entouré du lagon. Si vous recherchez: Calme, lagon, authenticité, proximité avec la nature...alors bienvenue, au motu c'est garantis. La majorité des prestataires de tour assurent le transfert depuis notre embarcadère. Etre sur le motu n'est donc pas du tout une limite pour la découverte de l'île principale. Tout est simple à organiser. Mais si vous cherchez les commerces, la WIFI haute qualité c'est pas le bon endroit.

Purotu is the nicest person and cares about her guests. She helped us book a snorkeling excursion (we tried for a few hours before with no luck). If you're easily bitten by mosquitoes, get mosquito repellent coils at the store. Purotu gave me a few and they were a life changer. The house is as described and has a local vibe and access to the beach.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean Marie et Dorida. Le logement dispose d un accès direct sur la plage et un jardin de corail. C est juste merveilleux. Jean marie et Dorida sont très gentils et discret. Bien que la cuisine / terrasse donne sur la maison des propriétaires, c est derniers sont tellement discret que nous ne les voyons pas. Jean Marie (Papou) nous a invité à dîner avec sa famille pour son anniversaire, un repas merveilleux, un vrai délice. Si vous êtes une personne simple, recherchant un séjour authentique (sans le luxe) mais avec tout le nécessaire, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Mon séjour chez Pierre Charles et Cathy était parfait. La maison est magnifique avec une vue panoramique sur la baie. Un accueil très chaleureux et des activités proposées directement par Pierre Charles et Cathy qui m’ont permis de découvrir Huahine, par la terre et la mer. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement, merci encore pour l’accueil !

Un séjour incroyable chez Flora qui est une hôte très accueillante. Elle est venue nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a fait faire un tour de Fare. Le logement était très bien situé, propre, adorable et en bord de mer pour nos meilleurs lever de soleil. Les petits déjeuner était variés (fruits de saison, confiture, pain, thé, café…). Et un grand merci pour tous les conseils !

Le logement proposé par Esperanza était tout simplement parfait : tout est à disposition et bien pensé. Terrasse privée, douche à l’italienne, petite cuisine. De plus, Esperanza est disponible et vraiment très accueillante ! Le logement est à deux pas du centre ville (la ville principale de l’île) et de la plage. Rien à redire !

Serene & Stylish New Oceanside Reef Lagoon House

This was our first Airbnb experience, and my wife and I truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at this lovely home with its private setting and stunning surroundings/views. Every morning we took our coffee out to the cute beach hut to drink in the ocean view and each night we savored the sunset with a glass of wine. We liked that our hosts were so responsive to our messages and shared plenty of information about the house and the area. We also loved being close to Fare town and the Huahine Yacht Club, which became our go-to place for a great, laid-back meal with a killer view. Our only complaints--and two things guests should be aware of when planning a stay here--were the condition of the access road, which had massive, water-filled potholes that posed a challenge to our petite rental car and the presence of numerous tiny ants throughout the house. Fortunately, neither one of us is bug-phobic, but they were an annoyance. Still, we would return here in a heartbeat just for the view.
