Seaside Living Close to the Stadium. Alt Power.

The apartment is 50m2 consisting of the following: •bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, hand basin and shower), •living area with a small desk •Kitchenette with oven, microwave and fridge •Second toilet which also houses washing machine. There is a television in the bedroom as well as in the living area. Uncapped Wi-Fi is available in the unit. Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the outside window sill is about 3m above the ground level. The window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The complex has access control and there is a fulltime janitor on site. You will be welcomed in person and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of many of Cape Town's major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient and popular MyCiTi Bus public service, the Mouille Point bus stop is 120m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 700m from apartment. Close to great restaurants , eateries, the Promenade on Mouilli Point’s Beachfront. The communal pool is available for that welcome dip on a hot summer’s day. We welcome you to enjoy our lovely modern and chic apartment in by the sea with amazing views towards Signal Hill and Lions Head. Enjoy walks on the promenade or stroll to Green Point park. This apartment feels light & spacious with a wonderful flow from with open plan kitchen and living area. A lock-up & go apartment located directly in front of the promenade, within walking distance to Cape Town stadium. It has a full sea view in the front and Table Mountain, Golf Course & Cape Town Stadium at the back. The block is quiet and secure, and the location is perfect, with the MyCity bus stop right outside and Ubers arriving within minutes. The apartment is a 300m walk to the Waterfront with tons of activities to do and restaurants to dine at. Spacious and cozy, 2-bed apartment.

This sublime little studio apartment is a celebration of life's simple pleasures - lying in bed and listening to the ocean; reading stretched out on the couch; movie night on the sofa bed. It's also ideal for remote work with its strong and uncapped fibre wifi. Apartment in Green Point

Cape Town at its best!

My homely one bedroom apartment is not modern, but it is clean and comfortable. It is on the beach road looking out towards Robben Island where you can see dolphins and if your lucky, a whale or two. It is an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront (1,5km) and trendy restaurants as well as being on the MyCiti and City Sightseeing bus routes. It is close to the buzzing city, the stadium and spectacular beaches! If you're looking for a modern hotel-like experience, my apartment is not for you.
