Bienvenue dans notre nouveau logement situé au « Clos Mylodro », à 3 min de l’hôpital privé De Varye (10 min à pied) et à 10 min en voiture de la Gare de Bourges. C’est avec plaisir que je recommence l’expérience d’hôte! Voici notre charmant et confortable appartement, indépendant de notre maison privée, pouvant héberger quatre personnes (+ un bébé), avec terrasse couverte, salon de jardin et d’un parking (grand utilitaire ok) privé. La piscine, l’aire de jeux sont à partager avec ma famille.

This unique house was built at the end of the 18th century by a noble family of the Berry province. It remains in the same family. It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. It had one of the most impressive cathedral, listed in the world heritage list of the UNESCO, and a unique civil gothic palace, the “palais Jacques cœur. Nearby are the famously vineyards of Menetou-Salon and Sancerre.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Our country house, an old Berry farmhouse, is located between Bourges, La Charité and Sancerre. It has a large unfenced garden, surrounded by old farm buildings, and fields as far as the eye can see. A stream and a small wood run along the bottom of the garden. You will find all the calm and comfort you need for a relaxing moment, a walk or a visit to the surroundings. The spacious and bright rooms combine old-fashioned charm with contemporary design.
