Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven or wireless internet but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wired internet. Large TV with movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Enjoy downtime in this stunning 2 storey ADULTS only house with views to die for! Short 500m walk to the main street where there is everything you need. Very quiet location in a cul de sac. All linen and towels supplied. Upstairs is the main bedroom with en-suite including a bath. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are also upstairs. Downstairs is another bedroom with the main bathroom, another lounge plus the laundry. There are decks both upstairs and down to soak in those views.

Didn’t realise how great the view of Middleton Beach would be! The house had everything we needed and accommodated for the chilly weather. The location is perfect! My kids enjoyed going across the road for adventure at the beach and playground. Close by, we went out for breakfast and lunch at the Three Anchors and enjoyed a dinner at the Hybla Tavern. We loved our stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Great place if you're wanting to be close to the main town beaches (which you will) and a lovely bush walk opposite. Cold in parts of the house, so bring a jumper if you're planning on staying in the colder months. House was everything you need. Simple but comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked which is always a bonus!

Immaculate and tastefully furnished. We had an awesome stay, one of the best in Albany. Beds were so comfortable and good linens used. Kitchen fully equiped and makes one feel at home immediately. The property was a hidden gem. It was way bigger inside than expected, had all the mod cons and was very comfortable. The amenities provided were fantastic and abundant. Loved the barista coffee machine provided! The location was peaceful, and as we had a car, it was convenient to all of what fabulous Albany has to offer. Overall, it was clean, comfortable and convenient and we'd highly recommend.
