Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mount Gambier

We were in town for the Generation in Jazz festival and Natasha’s place was exactly what we needed after a long day. A clean unit and a cozy bed to sleep. The only thing I felt was missing was a coffee Pod machine (Nespresso). Thank you Natasha for the wonderful honey. It was delicious.

Beautifully unique and comfortable converted church, with features of the original role of the building preserved. Perfect for our extended family trip. Well stocked with many of the bits and bobs you need when away from home, including toys and books. Kids loved it, adults loved it. A delight!

The Deck was such a lovely place to stay, we enjoyed kayaking on the gorgeous Glenelg River and playing games by the fire overlooking the stunning view. Emma was so kind and patient with my requests + fast with her responses. Thank you so much Emma, this was a core memory for me and my family.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Shouse! So much thought and effort has gone into this place and it had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway on the coast. Walking distance to local shops, beach and beautiful lookouts. Loved the creativity in the architecture and styling of this place, we felt right at home. Would definitely love to stay again!

We ,my wife and I , were unable to stay, but my brother and his wife were. He reported to me that they felt very comfortable at Dee’s cottage and that it was in a good location to get to a hotel and restaurant. They enjoyed their stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect — convenient and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately, we made a few mistakes during our stay, including entering the check-in information incorrectly and not sorting the rubbish properly. We also accidentally left behind some clothing, which caused a bit of inconvenience. Despite this, the host was very understanding and even offered to help us resolve the issues. We truly appreciate his patience and support. We strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area — you’ll be in great hands with such a thoughtful and responsible host. Thank you again for everything!

Excellent place to stay in Mount Gambier, conveniently located near great cafes, restaurants and shops. Walkable distance to local attractions too. Accommodation is modern, squeaky clean, comfortable and have all amenities listed. Surrounding is nice and quiet, great place to unwind after a day visiting local attractions!

Thankyou Sue. What a superb place to stay in Coonawarra. beautiful garden with fantastic birds and huge red gum trees. The studio was a large open and light filled room. Generous breakfast provisions also. Sue provided friendly and useful communication. Everything was spotless, including the BBQ.

This is a huge, gorgeous apartment. Perfect for a getaway or travelling for work. Two beautiful big bedrooms. Quiet. Two couples travelling together or a family would find this a really affordable stay. A great kitchen and it’s so fantastic that there’s a bath here. Loved this place.

Our stay was lovely! The apartment is nice & central in town, close to anything you might need. The host gave clear, simple instructions for check in & even made sure to follow up with us about items we had left behind. We will stay again!

We stayed here whilst attending the Mt Gambier Show and found it exactly what we needed. It was extremely clean and modern inside, with an excellent floorplan and very well decked out kitchen with everything we needed. I'd highly recommed this place to others and will stay again.
