Welcome to Fountains House, a cosy townhouse near the top of Mount Hotham, within the Hotham Heights area of Mount Hotham Resort Centrally heated, the house is a warm an inviting place to relax after a days skiing or bushwalking or four wheel driving. There are the three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, television and DVD player, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom contains a queen size bed and bunk beds. The living area has lounges and dining space for up to 8 people, television, blue ray player and stereo. Kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, jaffle maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerators, Nespresso coffee machine. Winter Activities include downhill skiing, cross country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, snowplay, photography. Easy access to Mt Hotham ski lifts, approximately 5 minutes walk to village chair lift, or ski from the front door! Summer Activities include bushwalking, four-wheel driving, photography,cycling Parking: Summer: Drive and park right at the doorstep, Winter: Park within designated overnight parking areas. Mt Hotham Resort Management Board requires all vehicles entering the resort to purchase and display a valid permit. Visit for details. Please provide your own linen and towels. There are ample pillows, blankets and duvets provided at the house. The house sleeps 8 but maximum of 6 adults.

The Large bathroom is great for long hot spa baths after a powder day. Our kitchen is fantastic, with a supermarket located within the building. Our Apartment has a fantastic drying cupboard, laundry with washing machine, and is alway cosy and warm. If you prefer to stay in, we have free Foxtel and wifi to keep you entertained.

Use our place before and after your walk, we will block out the nights in between so you can keep food/belongings in the apartment.

Moritz 2 is a gorgeous first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It is complete with ground floor parking space for 1 car. The view is AMAZING from the huge front balcony and living area. Moritz apartments are luxury premier apartments at Hotham. In ski season there is a free shuttle bus (stop is right out front) to the main village 3 minutes away. The Big D and General Pub and store is 500 metres from the door. Watching the sun set from the balcony after a days skiing is priceless.

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
