This a completely separate 1 bedroom unit connected to a larger home. The place is freshly remodeled with a living room, bedroom, and a full bathroom! The place includes Delonghi espresso maker, fridge, and a microwave! The bedroom includes a very comfy king size Tuft and Needle memory foam mattress!

Comfy, clean room. Home was nice and quiet for being a room is someone's house. The neighborhood also felt very safe which is important to me. I travel up I5 often and it's hard to find a place I feel comfortable parking a car full of gear. I will definitely be staying with Xiaoying's again. It was exactly what I needed for a break off the highway and to do some work in the morning.

This is the type of Airbnb that you want no one to find out about. You hesitate to write a review because you are always hoping it is available when you are searching. It is simply the best. The apartment is well decorated, comfortable, and spotless. Everything you would want or need is there and then some. Traci thought through most everything. The bed is very comfortable as is the living room furniture. It is the perfect setup. The hosts, Traci, Frank and their dog Buck are the perfect hosts. Kind, helpful, and just terrific. You would be lucky to meet all of them. The location is very close to Springfield. It is not in Springfield, but this may be the greatest draw of this Airbnb. You have easy access to town, but are adjacent to the McKenzie River and the Walterville Canal - great walk or run with stunning surroundings. I checked out today and wish I was still staying there. It is one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. Excellent for any length of stay! Go Birds!

Our little cottage was private and beautiful! We went for a quick trip to Nike Outdoor Nationals at University of Oregon and it was perfect. It was about a 10 minute drive to the College and a short drive to many places to eat. It was clean and had so much character… the cutest little place! I appreciated all the “non-toxic” touches when it came to products as that’s something our family takes seriously. Would definitely stay again!

Tara has a wonderful spirit, is so connected to nature (growing all the herbs in her yard) and plays the piano beautifully. Her and her significant other Jeff, are so approachable and grounded it was a pleasure to have met them. I slept well each night I was there. Their location is a block or two from the Amazon Park, a new YMCA, and a natural grocery. And their recommendations on different restaurants were great.
