The 300 acre property shares a 2.5km border with the Grampians National Park and backs onto the stunning western escarpment of the Mt. Difficult Range. The farm house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms. A breezeway connects the living spaces to the sleeping spaces. Some of the best walks in The Grampians are a short drive away (Mt. Zero, Mt. Stapylton, Hollow Mt., Zummsteins, McKenzie Falls).

Studio is separate from our family home; it contains/includes: Queen-sized bed, Kitchenette; fridge, coffee machine, microwave, cook-top, toaster, kettle, sink. Bathroom contains a toilet, basin & shower (there are 2 steps into the shower). Fold-out couch in case of extra 1 or 2 extra guests. TV, DVD player with movies, Split System A/C. The Van in the Bush

In early 2024 Pomonal faced a devastating bushfire that ravaged the community, resulting in the loss of 44 homes. Miraculously, our van in the bush survived. The bush is now regrowing, a testament to nature's resilience. The van is in a secluded location with no neighbours in sight, so if you’re looking for a romantic weekend or just some quality time with a good friend then this is the place for you.
