The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

Masuria - a beautiful land of lakes and undulating terrain. Beautiful view of the lake from the windows of the house and the entire large plot /2000m2/. There is a second house on the plot, the owner's house, where she can stay. The beach, which is also safe for children, is 100 m away. You have to cross the road to get to the beach. To the shop - 350m safe walk along the lakeside walkway. It is about 1 km to the great restaurant with fresh fish.

14 days in Masuria: Great accommodation, everything necessary for a successful stay was found. Friendly owners with good communication. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful and many beautiful places can be reached by car. The lake adjacent to the property is very romantic, less suitable for swimming, but a few minutes away you will find great opportunities for swimming. We would recommend the house to good friends. It was 2 very nice weeks in nature. We will come back!!

The place is a bit further from the city fuzz and we chose it contiously because of that reason-the lake view, early mornings, BBQ…There were couple of big companies staying and partying over the weekend so it got a bit noisy. So maybe workdays would be a better choise… Also we had a small misunderstanding regarding “ground floor” and “first floor” descriptions but the host was willing to help us out and we have found the common solution. Besides that we liked the place.

I highly recommend staying in Koseva Górny with a very friendly host Kim. The description of the place and the house is completely accurate. The entire, huge area is well fenced, which is especially important for people planning to arrive with a four-legged family member. I was the only guest in the winter, so I had the whole area to myself and the dog, but you need to be aware that there are 3 houses on this large property, so in the summer time you should expect other guests. The place is very charming and extremely quiet, and the view of the lake from the house is beautiful. The home is very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. It's very atmospheric. I had a great pleasure to relax in this magical place when there was a lot of cold outside. Despite the temperature of -12 degrees outside, the house was pleasantly warm. Host Kim is a very nice person who responds instantly to all messages. I will definitely visit this place again.

The view on the lake is amazing. Electric boats and kayaks are available. You can go swimming, play football, table tennis, badminton or volleyball. There are several barbecue areas available. The furnishings and equipment of the apartment were good. Unfortunately, a coffee machine and a toaster are missing. Within walking distance there is only one tavern otherwise there is a lot of nature. The approach to the property is very bumpy. The road is not paved. Great place to unplug and get away from the stress of the old days.

Fantastic place! Located in a small village Kosewo Górne, 100 m to a small lake, to which there is its own descent and pier. Beautiful walking routes in the area. Good access (just over 10 minutes) to Mrągowo. The house is comfortable, it has everything you need. The only downside is that it is quite cold inside, and there is only cold water in the toilet, but that is rather a trifle. Nice garden around, mini playground, terrace, there is a lot of place where you can sit quietly. We came in 5 people to work online, I think this place is almost perfect for such work in peace. The Internet is ok.

Fantastic place. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Jerzy lives on the premises and helped with small problems immediately and very kindly. She runs a small buffet and makes wonderful crepes with blueberries. Located directly on the river, you can swim or borrow kayaks directly, or you can start kayaking in the neighboring village. 2 nice dogs and many cats, storks, and absolute silence... here you can relax... Thank you :-)
